Thank you Baron. I was looking at a post about spending when you first start, and found out I am WAY ahead, I have spent a total of $106 on this, and that includes the first two cheapos ($30), my Joye 510 pcc, extras for it, and some DIY supplies, so coming here and listening to people for the last week or so has really helped me, being on a very limited budget.

I will probably get an ego later on, and good to know that what I am getting is upgradeable to it.

If I understand right, the ego and the 510 batteries will both work with my 510 setup, so I could switch batteries if I had to?

You're in a great position for that, having everything else already 510. The eGo batteries have the exact same threads as your 510 does.

The eGo also has a larger set of male threads on the connector for some of the other carto's or cones, but no need to worry on that for now, those carto's would put a hurt on your 510 slim battery as they're low resistance. The smaller batteries just don't have the horsepower to run an LR.

I may even get a passthrough at some point, depending on how much I use it.

A passthrough is a great (bad) idea. ;-)

OK, seriously, a PT is a great thing to have. With it, you can grab a cheap adapter to plug in to the accessory outlet ( formerly known as a cigarette lighter receptacle ) in your car - so you can plug in here, there, and on the way to anywhere. Virtually eliminates the situation of buying analogs to get past a dead battery. Not only that but on a PT, the hit is better, stronger, and very consistent. The last PT I bought ran me around $24, it was an eGo battery. You'll love it. I did. Too much, actually.

Found out something pretty cool about my J&J from the gas station. It has a smaller battery,(dimensions) but has the 510 threads, so I can use it as a backup for my 510 when it goes down. Just thought I might mention it, not that anyone might need the info, just found it interesting. It actually vapes pretty good, too lol.

Thanks Stosh. I appreciate it, and so far am loving it. I need to find out how to get one of those trackers at the bottom of my posts so I can keep up with it, so far, 9 hrs LOL

Usually, if you click on one, it will take you to the page where you get the code to create your own.

Just fill in the info it needs for calculating - like how many analogs a day, how much per pack, etc. Some go more in depth than others.

Next you usually click a button to generate your banner code.

Copy the BB Code it gives you (( not the HTML - it won't work here ))

Back at ECF, top of the page click Settings and in teh sidebar on the left is a link to Edit Signature

Paste in your BB code, and you're done!

Here's a randomly selected banner you can grab - there are tons available out there.

Well, be over 2 days now, and it's been great. I'm gonna go on and get a passthrough (vaping is so much fun, hardly put it down, but I'm sure I'll slow down in after the 'new toy syndrome' wears off lol). I;m looking at the Joye eGo 650mah Passthru. It can be unplugged and used as a standalone, I think I like that feature. Any opinions on that one? Xtremevaping has it for $18.99.
