Hello everyone! I have been doing quite a bit of research on the e-cig and recently tried one from a friend. It was a blu with traditional tobacco cartridge and I was very impressed. I've been looking to quit for a few months, and I know this will help me get started, or push me in the right direction. I did some Googling and was brought right here!

So, over the weekend, I ordered my blu starter kit and some extra cartridges. Then I came here and was shocked to see that NY has just passed a bill that will ban the sale of e-cigarettes. I read the morning paper every day and have seen nothing about this bill. That's both frustrating and scary. So, now I don't know if I will be able to buy them online in the future or what will happen. Ugh, NY is such a PITA.

Well, thanks for having me. I hope it isn't short-lived.

The New York bill is still pending, as I understand it, and there's a real push to get vapers - especially those in New York - to contact their respective representatives. I'd recommend you take a look at this link and contact the individual officials indicated there.

Oh yes..not so much success there.

One of the most annoying things about this proposed ban is that nicotine isnt illegal -most vapers aren't soy-eating, hemp-wearin', green-votin', tree-huggers but stand up everyday at your church Americans. Making them feel like drug addicts when they can vote is probably NOT the best move a politician can make..jsut sayin...
