My intent is to mix each flavor with the mint and PG in 41.10/13.70/45.20 % (thanks Hack-o-matic). Which should give me some good throat hit and about 10mg strength for about 30+ days. If it does - it's gonna be break even day 20.

Any advises for beginners? Pre-use cleaning, break in, anything.

Excellent choices. Even with the juice. Try them without the mint first of course But I like ruyandir's mint as well.

I'd preclean the atomizers - I'd soak them in 151 vodka but any clear, high proof will do. I avoid water or isopropal alcohol but that's just me. 1 hour or so then blow them out at both ends. Let dry. You can do that while charging the batteries but chances are the batteries will have a charge in them. No need to charge the batteries for 8 hours. (sometimes those 'old' instructions are included. When you put it together, drop 2 drops of juice on the atomizer.

I use a plastic quetip shaft cut to 11/16ths. Put it on the 'round' part of the cartridge so it's furthest away from the center so as not to contact the atomizer bridge (the protrusion within the atomizer casing) ... you'll see when you get it.

The wait is killing me! On the China mail tracker it says 23.08.2009 "Beijing International sealed". Should be coming this way already. Argh! Can't wait anymore... Maybe a few more days... Really hope so.

LOL. Actually the mail tracker can really fool you. At least in the US - almost all of mine when I got the 'in customs' note which is really discouraging they all arrived the next day! Not to get your hopes up though..... who knows... but I do know the anxiousness.

What did I say! Huh?? Lol. Tracking there not quite as bad as here. I never got the line where it was in my country. I only knew that when I the mailwoman came to the door - china requires a signature here - probably there too.

Got the package from the post office at noon - couldn't wait anymore. (love that smilie)
Somewhat strange still nice AND satisfying. Haven't had an analog since, and what's more important - I do not feel the need for one.
Great service from ruyandirect. Batteries came fully charged. A note in the package said "all components have been tested prior to shipping.". Nice.

I did blow the attys thoroughly, and let them drain over a paper towel put in them for some 20min. PCC battery almost full. Everything looks nicely finished and solid.

Now for the juice - got te mint, kent, hilton and cappuccino. 18mg all of them. A bit too rough for me. Still learning to drag properly. I did three methods of filling - normal filling (18 drops), dipping the filling (16 drops, maybe didn't do it well?) and straw mod - 22 drops. Each accompanied by 3-4 drops on the bridge.

So far the straw method feels best in terms of drag, throat hit, consistency and flavor. What I have noticed is that after refill PLUS 3 drops on bridge the first 5-6 drags throat hit is monstrous! Especially on the MINT. 8-o Almost chocked to death!

I have already tried the Kent - still strange to me - grass+apple and a bit of sweet wtf?! Mixed it with some 2 drops of mint on the atty - um... confusing?

I am now doing the cappuccino - nice, but not the best I've had. It's quite viscous - very difficult to top up. I am guessing this will be my morning vape. At least until I try the strawberry, rum, coffee, banana, chocolate. I was quite skeptical on the sweet flavors, but hey who knows.

Batteries don't last at all - max 1.5-2 hours of now-and-then vaping. I estimate 100 drags per charge. A little frustrating with all the rotating thing, but nothing serious. Should have ordered the usb pass. First thing when I have the cash!

What blows me is I am not smoking like an analog - 15 drags, 20-30min pause, then repeat. Now I just take 1-2-3 drags and put away for 10min. This should yeld in less than before - about a pack?

PP: Reading this post makes me think I have overdosed already?!

Lol on last line. I know the feeling..... Still.

Sounds good. To bad you don't have any 'Ecopure' because that can tone down some of the harshness but some of that harshness is just the newness. I didn't see a 'vanilla' or 'coconut' but those are good smoothers in PG - also Wayne's (that's who ruyandir is) chocolate can be smoothing as well.

Good move on the attys. I didn't do that at first and couldn't taste for a day. And yep, a Passthru becomes a necessity at some point. And you'll need the wall plug and perhaps a car plug to complete the cycle. After that it's more attys and finding the right juice or going the DIY way.

I have the USB to wall adapter. And yes - I am getting some universal car to usb adapter. Should I go 1000mAh, or it doesn't matter? Same question on the wall adapter.

I am also getting the Stainless 510 with WHITE LED! Not a chance I am gonna miss that. Should look pure and nice.

Hilton is disgusting to me. Very, very unpleasant! Tastes like dry weeds or something. And leaves a long lasting onion-like after taste. Ugh!

So, today Viachy gave me 30ml of his RY4. It's gorgeous! Caramel, little vanilla, some harshness. Nice, very nice. He suggested I mix it with a few drops of Menthol - that is his daily vape. Will try. Also some Chocolate from ruyandirect. Will taste it this evening.

I am now lurking the ebays and the interwebs for something like a pippete or a vial that is the size of a cart, or at least - cart+atty. A thin pippete with custom cap should do...

I am on my learning curve already. Haven't flooded the atty since yesterday morning. Also got very swift on topping up carts - just managed to do it in a red light's time (15sec). Yay on that!
