Just to give you a brief back ground on me.
I've been vaping since Nov 08 and my electronics past made me want
to explore ecigs.
So after dissecting all my starter kits and everything else ecig related.
e-cigcity was born.
I aim to provide a personal service and fully stand by what I produce.
For example my passthrough's have a 12 month return to base warranty.
And at £14.99 I see that as a good deal.
I vape and have looked long and hard at the industry.
All I want to do is provide hand made products that work, and not at massive mark up. That's my aim. and so far achieving it.
I state a 2 day turn around from the order point to dispatch.
And only list what I can physically produce.
Each item is subjected to rigorous testing prior to dispatch.
And once I'm fully happy it will go in the post.
I want you to be happy and if you are not I want to get it sorted.
That is what I expect from a supplier and what I want to pass on.
I am currently sending products all over the world, and have no problem in doing so.
