Hi everyone my name is Anant, and I am from India. E-cigarette scene is pretty bad here, i have only found low quality chinese ecigs that try to imitate real cigarettes.

I bought one for rupees 1200(25USD) and it tasted like .... and gave me nausea for about 2 hours.

Seems like a diverse community like ECF is my only hope of learning about good quality Ecigs and get rid of my addiction to smoking.

This is a long shot but if anyone from India is reading this, please help me find good ecigs available in India.

Welcome to the forum Anant, are you looking for something that looks like and is about the same size as a cigarette or do you want to go for something bigger, like an ego battery and clearomizer (tank for your e-juice)? I do know that FastTech ships to India and their shipping is free. There is a Thread on ECF about FasTech, if you do a search. I hope you find something that works for you. :)

I have been reading different threads and it seems to me that bigger ecigs (Ego batteries + clearomizers) are generally better than cige-a-likes?

Size is not going to be a problem for me so i am looking at Ego battery + different clearomizer tank for my first ecig.

Be sure to ask us or search the board before you buy anything. Lots of junk out there.

Fasttech is solid. No problems with them.

Send me some Samosas.

Fasttech seems to have a huge collection of different batteries and ecig components but for some reason i cant any Ego twist battery on their website, which is odd because Ego twist seems like the goto battery for recommendations on ECF.

Speaking from personal experience, you may want to go VV or VW right off the bat, chances are after vaping for a while you are going to be looking for features like this. It is also a safer option than stepping into one of the mechanical mods right away. I have a VAMO and love it, I have done the cig alikes, stepped up to a clearo ego set up and then VAMO. I wish I would have saved a couple of bucks( or rupee's in your case) and started off with it. It is a bit of a learning curve and I found out recently that a dual coil carto works better in voltage mode, where my protank single coil works best on wattage. This again is just my opinion. Fast tech is a great place with a ton of stock and choices.

I second that, I started with the old 51 e cigs almost 2 years ago while working overseas. Dumped 300 bucks into the bats, chargers and non refillable cartos only to find out the quality was so low they were almost non functional.

The VV's are far and away a better deal if you can swing it.

hey anant .....

my fellow india !!

i quit smoking for almost 1.5yrs and all thanks to ecigs. i have been importing all my stuff from usa. i use to import juices then eventually started diy ..... now have more then 150 flavors .... i have hardware frm provari to ac9 to ego to igo ... and all sort of wicking and wires avail ....
ofcourse for me it was more of a hobby and willing to quit smoking so money didnt really matter.

however get in touch with totally wicked people they have a distributor in pune who sells hardware and liquid from them .... a lil expensive but its ur best bet right now. ofcourse you can directly import it to if you so keen. there are many vendors from usa. just drop them email and they will help you.

cheers buddy !! and gud luck.
