Hi everyone my name is Bruce. I usually go by bruscifer, and sometimes just brus.
I have been lurking for a couple of months, learning. I don't do forums much, and usually get all my answers from lurking. I figure at some point I will need to ask some questions in different parts of this forum here, so I figured I'd better start posting and get it going LOL.
About me, I've been smoking analogs around 20 years total, my Wife somewhat longer. We found out about vaping sometime ago using the "mall e-cigs". We were very impressed ....at first, but like most people here soon fell back into analogs. We fell because of ALL the reasons everyone else here has after trying the first e-cigs, poor battery life, poor attys, etc.
Anyway, one of my Sons has a friend that was a heavy smoker. His friend bought a Reo mod, and 'turned' my Son onto it. When my Son brought it over and showed it to us we went WOW! This is AWESOME! We can DO THIS! LOL! Well, little did I know how much patience it would take to get a Reo. In the meantime I came here and began to learn. I had no idea that those early e-cigs had evolved so far. My Son and his friend have not touched a cigarette in months. Soon we will be that far along. We ordered our own Reo mini's and finially got them in the other day.
I have learned ALOT! I am very excited about this whole vaping thing and hope it can improve to the point that analogs are obsolete.
I have a quick question. I hope it is not 'stoopid'
When they say you have to post five times in the new member area...I assume that means ANY post, and dosen't mean you have to start Threads. Is that right? Like I said I don't do forums very well.
I never know when to stop, so I'll stop here.
I just wanted to thank all those who post here, and answer newbie questions, because I have learned a lot from you guys.

Hi and welcome aboard, and congratulations. You are correct any post in new membes counts toward your 5 if they are new threads started or replies to other threads, as long as they are not spam posts simply to get your count up. Any thing can be commented on just don't post things like this is post 3 for post count. Be genuine and contribute something, be it a question comment or even a greeting.

Brus, although your question has been answered, I wanted to say Hello from another Texan. There are actually some pretty good Texas forums on the board, but mostly I read the "new post" and keep up that way.

Congrats on your vaping experience so far, and good luck as we all go down this road together, 2 years off analogs for me, but it's a daily adventure still.

Don't be a stranger !

bwood HOWDY! Didn't know there was a Texas forum here. Thanks for the infro I'll look it up.
Hey, with the drought has bad as it is, I suppose it's a good thing we are vaping huh?:danger:
Sugar and Spice....hello:):! juices?
Man, is that a topic LOL!
There are SO many....new people doing this can be overwelmed. Right know I think we have decided Vermillion River's Kentucky Blend is going to be a regular. My wife really likes the Atomic Fireball from DWFvapors. I like it too...but not all the time.
Currently sampling some more from Vermillion River, Tasty Vapors, AlienVisions. Jury is still out on those.

Welcome Bruscifer from a southern Texan!!! Gee I love Texas!!! I have been here and vaping since Feb. but not doing as good as alot of people at it. I didn't know there was a Texas forum part to the ECF. I will have to find it. Anyways you will find alot of help on this forum, its kinda like one humongus family. The veterans on here are very wise at this vaping. I now love this forum better than facebook--lol.
