Hey fellow vapers,

Been vaping for about 4 months, but am new to the forum and new to the more advanced e-cigs.
Swapped cigs for dip a long time ago, so I didn't have the problem of stink, loss of energy and breath, but I knew I was still tempting fate and my teeth were a bear to keep some light shade of brown.
Bought a new van for the wife and didn't want her smoking in it, so I looked up ecigs and it convinced me it would be better for me than dip too.
Started with a Blu kit, but that lasted about a week before I realized there must be something better and cheaper.
Picked up a couple gas station cig-a-likes, Clean Cigs, which worked for me, but I found myself going through 3 cartos a day, at $2 a piece.
Found a local place and picked up an ego clone kit (for too much money). 2 Weeks later, both ego batteries were garbage and the CE5 clearos were gurgling and leaking.
Now on a 1100 Vision Spinner and 1100 Twist, with EVODs and a couple ProTanks. Will get a Vamo when either the spinner or twist dies. Considering the Twist is a clone as well, I suspect it'll be the 1st to go.
Haven't found an all day vape yet, but a local shop has 1492 which is a sweet pipe tobacco flavor, is my fav so far, especially after a steep. Got Dutch Apple Pie from MBV and it about ruined the whole thing for me. Yuck. But their service/pricing rocks.

Anyway, there's some background, just saying hey, and logging post #1. G'day Ya'll.

Welcome Aboard,

Your experience mirrors that of many of us, finding trash devices at our local gas stations, WalMart, and some normal smoke shops. Read, read and read some more on ECF to determine what type of device best suits your style. Recommendations are soooooo subjective and many times attempt to justify the author's choice of device or e-liquid. If you can afford the ProVari go for it. Personally I do not own one because I don't like the current design, but the quality seems to be excellent. Your Spinner and Twist are good starting VV devices and I think you will find the Vamo as an excellent move up at a good price point.

Best Wishes
Wabbit

Welcome to ECF , and best not to post "post #1 " , etc . Mods might think your spamming to increase your post count . Just say hello to some other new members , or ask some legitimate question . You will get the required 5 posts , in no time . Good Luck .

Fair point, thx for the heads up.

Good to meet ya'll.

Welcome Rodeorat :)

I wasn't impressed with Dutch Apple Pie from MBV either. My two favorites from MBV so far are Ginger Ale and Teaberry :D
Also, I'm not a big fan of clove cigs but if you are MBV Clove is probably the single most accurate ejuice flavor I've tasted to date.

Grats on kicking tobacco. I gave up smokes for vapor about two weeks before I bought a new car and was very happy to not be a smoker. Two months later and it still smells new :D
