Just thought I'd say hi. Ive been lurking in the shadows reading up on things for a few weeks decided id start posting. Got a volt in the mail monday and since then ive had only 3/4 a pack of cigs in 4+ days. regularly I was 1.25 packs a day so this is a nice side effect. I might even just quit altogether since the vaping tastes better anyway!

I was wondering, what "in store" brands will fit on my SI volt? I like to have a backup plan in case I run out or shipping is slow.(dont have a large supply yet!) I dont know much about the hardware but if there are any commonplace brands that fit my battery I'd love to know. Thanks!

As to volt stuffis.....
I think they're 808 threading. They make 808->510 adapters too. As to "In store"...what's in your stores? Varies a bit. Blu is common (and is 510).

Hi TehGoobz, welcome to ECF and congrats. The Volt is 808 threading so any cartomizers, etc that are 808 will fit. After 5 posts wait 1 hr for the ECF servers to reset and you can post elsewhere. Regarding adapters (808 to 510) I believe the adapter will only work on the manual because the airflow slots are blocked by the adapter in the automatic.

If you want 808 cartos, I suggest V2 cigs, now they are an online vendor but from experience their flavors are pretty good. It got me off alanogs for a year and I was a pack a day smoker.

Congratulations on making a healthier choice!! bjm508, read my review on V2 Cigs. I was brutally honest with them. A starter kit is not a bad idea for a complete newbie (after disposibles), and then eventually, like me, you will work your way up to a Mod such as the Lavatube v2. Happy vaping!

Hi, I also have been visiting a few threads before I decided to jump in and register. Been vaping only for a few months, no more analog for me. There are a lot of thread here that can make you a VaPro. hahaha i like the sound of that. ECF helped me a lot to switch to vaping. No idea what ecig was when i found this forum.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found some 808 at the mall and they all tasted like burnt popcorn, overpaid for burnt yuck!
