Ok Im new here. I am not addicted to cigarettes, but addicted to smoking in general whether it is legal or illegal. I know that there is no "drug talk" so I am not going into what I USED TO smoke, EVERYDAY, ALL DAY.

I have found Hookah as a good replacement on my cravings to smoke and on occasion, some puffs of some mild pipe tobacco has satisfied my cravings for a smoke.

I was wondering if there is a e-liquid out there that would satisfy my craving to smoke but doesn't contain nicotine as nicotine is not what I am addicted to.

Is it possible to have juice with ginseng or some other herbal extracts? Sorry if this a something that has been going around already, this is such a vast forum. Herbal cigarettes taste like crap but they have some of the herbs I like in them, such as damiana, blue lotus, and wild lettuce.. And no, I am not talking about those incense blends that have "synthetic cannabinoids" sprayed on them that you get at gas stations. I hate that stuff and I am not in search of an alternative "high." I want to function normally, not get wasted.

I hope that someone could understand me here.

To answer your main question, yes, there is e-liquid that does not contain nicotine. It goes by a few names, but the most common is 0-nic juice. Tasty Vapor calls it "Doublers".

Basically find a 0-nic that sounds interesting and try it. You will get the hand-to-mouth and the vapor parts of your addiction without adding the nicotine on top of it.

Welcome to the site! I haven't seen a lot of premix juices that are herbal, but I think it's doable if you DIY. My wife made a green tea blend that we both really enjoy vaping. Just be sure to look for extracts (suspended in proplyene glycol/water/alcohol) and not oils, as oils are generally considered unsafe to vape.

People have done coffee and tea extractions just by soaking them in PG, so that might work on the herbs you mentioned.

Sounds like something that would be just right for me. A tea or coffee extraction would be a great start before I attempt any other herb. Thanks for the advice. I will be sure to keep in mind that oils are not considered safe.

I may just start out with one of the 0-nic also.

Ooo @keysbum I may want to try that... l wonder how the flavor is on that stuff cuz I know there was always a variety of flavors of the real stuff.

That flavoring has a reputation for being a difficult one to work with even for experienced DIY juice mixers. (Myself included)

If that flavor was your only goal in DIY mixing, then you'll have set yourself up for a long process to get a vape-able end product. That is not a bad thing by itself as I started DIY to get a real Cuban Cigar flavored juice and it took me 5 months of working on it every chance I had, but I discovered quite a bit in the process.

Hmm I didn't think it would be difficult to work with, just dilute and vape.. I guess I just don't know much about vaping the liquids. I only have experience with the vapes that work on raw herbs and those are really effective with tobacco in them. However, I am very interested in experimenting with DIY vape flavors and mixes and willing to work at it. Cigar flavor sounds intriguing actually, I liked the Cuban cigar I had when I visited Canada, nice and mild. It was a Trinidad I believe..

Different qualities of MJ had different flavors along with different ways they burned and different temps they combusted at, some strains do not vape well while others vaped extremely well. It gets really in depth, thats why there is the ........ cup... There are so many different types, 3 seeds can cost over $60 or more of some strains. Its like growing different tobacco, its the same reason you cant grow your own tobacco to completely match another from the same batch of seeds.
