To me that says it all! Hell, lookin back I'd give a whole lot more to have found ecigs, this site and these people, talk about a support group!
Good luck to you!

I still think they're 510s. The batteries look like they could be rebranded Joyes.

I hope you're right. The OP has suffered enough damage already. But among the e-cig scamming bottom-feeders of the SmoKeKing type, RN4081s are far more common than 510s. They're less known, and it's easier for them to make their victims dependent on only their cartos.

Jay! Here you go. Get yourself some 510 cartomizers. If they don't fit straight out of the box, use this $2.50 4081/510 adapter.
4081 Battery to 510 Atomizer Adapter

Do exactly that.

When/if the little batts don't do it for you (more likely the former), come back and ask where you should go next. People are always here, happy to help.

Thank you everyone for the support, and making me feel a bit better about getting bent over with know warning or even a reach around!

That being said I will def try the above suggestion, and will remove the link and make a warning about it as well so no one ever has to deal with these people.

Once this thing breaks or I just get tired of it, any suggestions on a e-cig you like the best? 510 or something else I have seen others write about?

Thanks again everyone.

Jay, it depends on what you like for a form factor. When that thing breaks, you will probably be over the cigarette lookalike phase. You'll be sick of changing and recharging batteries all the time, and you'll probably want an e-cig with a larger battery. At that point, I would suggest the kGo. It's a good "second step" before you move into the more advanced e-cigs or the variable voltage units. Here is a kGo. They're pretty inexpensive. Especially considering....
KGO

The kGo is a very popular option. They're only about the size of a Sharpie marker pen. Another similar unit is the e-Power. The e-power is different because it takes separate batteries. When the batteries die, you just replace them for $5 instead of replacing your whole e-cig. Here is the best e-Power kit I've seen, and shipping is always free from this vendor.
Crystal Clear Vaping

Both of these units give you a full 3.7V of power. The batteries last about 8-10 hours between charges. You will probably get some people who suggest an eGo-T or an eGo-C. Most of them will be noobs who have yet to discover that those eGos are a giant pain in the .... They leak, mute the flavor and most people end up taking off the "tank systems" that they come with and using a cartomizer. Then, what they end up with is a 3.4V version of the 3.7V kGo they could have gotten in the first place. Avoid those eGos. Trust me.

There are other good meduim sized battery e-cigs, but those are the best, most economical and most trouble free.
There are plenty of posts here to back it up.

A valuable mistake if it gets you off smokes. 99% of the folks you'll meet here did the same thing (to varying degrees) in the beginning. The habit/ritual of smoking makes us naturally look for something as close as possible to what we were doing before. As you continue on your journey you'll probably want to get better gear and there are a bunch of really helpful and knowledgeable folks here to steer you right.

If those batts work for you, you can still mentally recoup the costs from what you would've spent on smokes. For me $180 wouldn't have even been 1 month of Marlboros, so that kit, a bottle of juice (~$15) and a box of blank cartons (~$10) equals about $215 @$6.50 that's ~33 packs. So, 22 days worth at 1.5 PAD...

Besides, you can't put a price on getting healthier :)

BTW, both the kGo and the e-Power use 510 accessories, such as cartomizers, etc. They also work with the accessories that were specifically designed for the egos. They are considered to have an eGo form factor.

A 510 is a thread pattern. E-cigs that are 510s accept cartomizers (cartridges) and other juice delivery systems with a 510 thread. There is also a Joye 510 e-cig. That's a little battery like what you have now. Back in the olden days when I started, that's all that was available for a reasonable price. There are too many options nowadays and it's not one I'd ever recommend to anyone. But the 510 designation stuck and, nowadays, it's used strictly to indicate what accessory fits on what battery.

Sailorman,

Thanks so much for the info. Looking at the prices of these kits I want to throw my purchase at the guys head...
But we live and we learn. So far I kinda like the idea of the e-Power since you can just replace the battery for 5 bucks.
Reading the info on what you get, what exactly is a Resurrector?

Either way both kits look like something I wold be much happier with, and get a some blank cartomisers for my the juice I ordered.

Would you recommend one over the other? The both seem pretty comparable...

Thanks again everyone. I'm already learning a lot!

The Resurrector is a very excellent cartomizer. It's one of the best out there. A lot of kits that include cartomizers give you less than real good ones. The Resurrector is better than what you usually get in a kit.

Personally, I don't like disposable e-cigs. A lot of people don't like charging batteries, so they pick something like an eGo or kGo even though those ARE batteries. When they wear out like any battery, you throw them away. So, I definitely prefer the e-Power and recommend it over the sealed battery types to anyone who is smart enough to change the batteries in a flashlight without hurting themselves. I suspect that you are.

Plus, CrystalclearVaping is an excellent vendor and they don't sell junk. That's why, when you look at their site, you'll see they don't have a million different items. They only sell things they use themselves.

With that particular kit, all you need is some extra cartomizers and probably some more juice if you don't have any. But I think you said you had some on order? 10 cartos is not an excessive number to start out with. You get 5 with the kit. I'd suggest 5 more (one box) of something with a little more resistance. Boge 2ohm cartos are a good alternate. That's it. That kit is very complete. You can test juice with the atomizer and use the cartomizers only for the juice you like.

O.K. now. Take it easy on him. He's battered and bruised enough already.

Did you see what they're charging for an eGo-T kit? $199.00!!
Or one of those $60 e-Pipes? $300. You can get a handbuilt, one of a kind e-pipe for less than that.
Oh and they have a $69 e-cigar kit for only $249. What a bargain.

So the OP could've gotten hosed worse than he did.

For a total of 35 dollars, I was able to get a starter kit , a package of 5 cartridges and the starter kit also included 3 cartridges, a USB charger, the battery, and so on. Granted, it is a starter type , very simple kit with just the cartridge that screws into the battery part and looks like an analog. But at least it was inexpensive and the refills are inexpensive and so far, I am very pleased. I may even buy another starter kit so to have a spare around for when I am charging the other.
But I am getting a lot of this kit that I got from a Smoking Shop. It is called a Clayton.

I figure for 35 dollars total, getting 8 cartridges, the battery, the charger plus a silver carrying case that holds 4 cartridges plus the battery, etc is not a bad deal for a newbie
I was actually quite pleased.
