This is my first post as a member.

I've been vaping for a couple of years and haven't touched an analog in all that time. I don't even use smokeless while on my motorcycle like I did back in the analog days.

I hope to prove myself as a useful member.

I do mix my own juice and rebuild my Kanger EVOD heads rather than purchasing new.

Great to meet all of you and I look forward to many mutually beneficial conversations!

Besides the cost factor, What do you gain by building your own?
I have the equipment to do it, just not the full knowledge yet.
I've not been around long enough in vaping to kill or need to rebuild an Evod or Protank coil, but I do have one I need cleaned or rebuilt.

Cost is certainly an issue but not the end all for me. The EVOD heads are about $1.20 each so aren't terribly expensive.

At the same time, I like to learn new things and see learning the rebuilding of the head as a potential for cost savings as well as learning about what it is that creates the vapor.

I'm a chemist so mixing my own juice was a no brainer. It was also the biggest cost savings applied to vaping.

My first course of action upon changing from cig to e-cig was juice production. The markup on juice is astounding. If you aren't making your own, you SHOULD be!!

You'll save enough in 6 months to buy any new techy gear you'd like.

I'm sure there are many posts on this forum that provide proper instructions for doing so. I'd love to add my assistance where I can. As a biochemist, I have shuddered at some of the instructions I've seen (NOT specific to these forums). PLEASE be careful about what is posted regarding instructions!

Cheers! :toast:
