I quit smoking years ago because I knew it was bad for my health.

I've been trying to get my psychiatrist to prescribe me Ritalin but to no avail. So I looked into what other stimulants I could get legally.

I found caffeine, ephedra (only through the mail and overpriced), and nicotine.

I found out about these e-cigarettes. It seems that pure nicotine is not unhealthy.

So I went looking in stores for an e-cigarette. The only brand I could find was PureSmoke. I've been smoking this and its pretty good. I'm a smoker again.

The only complaint I have is that this company does not provide any vanilla flavors for their cartridges.

Actually, PURE nicotine is deadly-- what you're vaping is assuredly not pure nicotine. As for vanilla vapes-- it has to be the holy grail of e-liquids or something, lots of peeps ask about it IMO... there are some out there, but tastes are always subjective. Try checking the e-liquid reviews on the forum

Are there any health risks with the nicotine from e-cigs?

As for getting the vanilla flavor. Am I going to have to go looking for another brand, or is there a way to get vanilla in this e-cig?

Not sure what model you have but many places do offer empty cartridges. All you do is drip a few drops of liquid (e-juice) of your choice into the cartridge and you got yourself a new flavor without buying a prefilled one! It saves money and you can try out many different flavors. Big Chinese liquid company I use a lot is Dekang, there are many American suppliers carrying Dekang brand as well as others. I have the PureSmoke brand e-cig. The only flavors I've seen in stores are regular and menthol, and these are the only flavors I've seen on their website, so I guess that company doesn't make vanilla cartridges for this e-cig. Also this e-cig uses a different kind of technology than other e-cigs so that the liquid doesn't have a chance of coming out, so I don't think that filling the cartridges with a different flavor will be easy.

Welcome, not sure what your PV looks like, but I have heard that some people go to the drug store and buy a medical needle and just fill up their carts from the air hole side...I use regular carts so this is not a proble for me...Just a thought...Enjoy.
