ok I think there may be a trick to charging instead of leaving the charger and ac pack charger plugged in between charges and just screwing the battery in to charge. It seems to work better if you unplug everything, then plug in the ac/dc charger, attach the usb charger to it then the battery. When I did it this way with the Hello charger the tornado charged fine on it.. will try again with the 016 in about 6 hours... now I have to get to tootin!

mark has mailed me out a replacement 016 with a return envelope for the bad one to send back. madvapes is the best dident even have to pay postage an wait for them to get it then wait for it to come. while i wait im still fiddling with the bad one i let it sit ont he charger 24hours i just used it 3 times in a row then flashy flashy dead. im also expecting 2 packages from madvapes today i ordered some adapters an a 2ed 016 cus i wanted 2.

And it's beautiful! Being the OCD freak that I am, I'm following the instructions for the first charge - 8 hours. But I did take a couple hits before I plugged it in. Nice!

I may need detailed instructions for removing the atomizer without damaging the cone...

The battery that I ordered separately was in the box as well. I *think* there may have been a substitution with one bottle of juice I ordered (30ml 24mg Cherry Cola instead of 10ml 24mg Fried Apple) but I'd also ordered 0mg Fried Apple so that's more than I ordered and I'm perfectly satisfied with that. Also a surprise bonus of Chocolate Supreme. Very generous, thank you, Mark!

Have only tried the Fried Apple so far and -dang! - it's GOOD!

This has been a very good experience as a first time customer to Mad Vapes.

I just ordered 2, 1 for me & 1 for my brother.

Only thing, he was out of the triple zest juice I wanted to try, but that's ok. I was curious what a citrus vape would be like....I love citrus . Next time perhaps.

got both my packages today an there dropping me a replacement. thanks for all the extra goodies with both orders. i bought a 016 battery they sent me the entire kit and i got 2 adapters an they sent me 2 cartomizers and 10 resistors with it lol. i can get my vape on again now =D.

It's amazing how impatient I've become on waiting for Vaping goodies to show up!
That said, and noteably, very fast shipping from MadVapes...

F'ing AMAZING experience, got an extra battery so while it charges... I think i'll field test the other one...a little bit.. or a lot!

I've been vaping away for a couple hours on the stock battery.. while trying to edge my post count up enough to post my gratitudes here! Madvapes will definately be my go-to store for goodies now...

Some folks in this thread (see above) think that the E016 should be renamed the "Hurricane"... now that you have yours, would you agree??

My husband keeps giving me the "OK it's time to lock her up, she thinks she's a secret agent" look every time I says 016.

Can't wait til Friday, if the past is an indicator, I should have mine then

Also, I only have one regret of a purchase and it the JS V3. My first pv, even with a 510 adapter and a LR atty I still don't think it's great. Of course my opinion on it changed when I got my 2nd pv, an ego, and even that didn't happen in the first day or so. So I have a feeling I am going to love my newest one.

been vaping away on the new 016 i got in the mail today so far so good but only time will tell the tale. i had ordered a 2ed one cus i wanted 2 the first one will be going back when the replacement one gets here. on a side note i like how the cone makes the unit look but have yet to find a good way to hold it in place after removing the addy from it i used some polyfill b4 but that gets in the way of the air flow so thats no good. on the other hand the unit looks nice with out the cone to so i guess no big deal. i will be keeping everyone up to date on my experience with the 016 the good the bad my full experience.

This is purely theoretical because i don't have mine yet, but maybe a drip tip would help hold the cone on if you separated it from the atty. I'll have mine Friday and will test this out with my brothers delrin drip tip.

i use cartomizers i don't mess with addy cart unless I'm out of cartomizers an that isn't happening anytime soon as hoog has sent me a bunch as freebies and they last a long time still using the first one its going on 3 weeks now.

All charged up and vaping away. I gotta tell ya, I'm liking the atty and cart. I thought I'd switched to cartos for good but maybe not...

Either way I'm pretty much in vaping heaven right now. Like N2DFlood, I'm hoping that, after my original KR8, this will be the only other PV I could list in my arsenal.

OK, I have question: Do the cartomizer leak out of the draw holes? Like it can do with dripping? That is one annoyance I do have with dripping. I normally keep a few paper towels handy in my carrying case when I go out for just that.
