Nope. Maybe it's Pleurisy. Have you coughed a lot recently. Here is a link to a description. Don't let all the possibilities cause you to panic.
Just a thought on my part. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002347
Most likely it's from another cause. If it persists stop and see a Doctor. IT could be some other thing. I'm been in First AID and a First responder. Plus I'm old and have not had an easy life. I have had pneumonia twice and multiple occasions with viral bronchitis. If it hurts stop and see if it fades. If it does consult a doctor. He may have an insight. Maybe and allergy or a per-existing condition aggravated by vaping. Hopefully not. But seeing a Doctor will at least ease you worry.
Best wishes hope it's just a sprain from to big a battery. LOL

Oh it may be some tension from giving up tobacco. There is a mental component along with the physical to all addictions.

I agree with Boognish. Remember to stretch, change position a bit. Also I've heard that vaping + quitting smoking can cause dehydration with can lead to muscle pain. Make sure you're getting enough water :)

I've had pleurisy once before. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life. I think if OP had pleurisy he would have mentioned the "getting stabbed every time I breath" or "Feels like my lungs are full or razor blades" before the arm pain. But maybe symptoms vary for diff. people. When I had it I couldn't even sit at my desk for more than a few mins without having to hunch over and hug myself to breath.

Ween is my favorite band ever, love your username and avatar. So, so brown.

Sorry, had to mention it. :w00t:
Definitely gonna miss seeing them live. The old Hilton Casino in Reno 2006 would have to be my favorite show. Central Park, NYC was my last show. Very brown indeed. I can only imagine what random people walking by the park were thinking when they heard the music.

I havent had an actual cigarette in a little over a year. This past July 4th was my 1st year anniversary. Since i quit and started vaping i noticed things would happen with my body as well and the first thought that would come to mind was......... ( Is this caused from the vapor im inhaling ?!?! ) i assure you it is not the vapor. If you smoked for a very long period of time like me ( 24 Years ), then the body has to adapt to not having the poison it once did from actual tar, pesticides, and the thousands of other things you put into it multiple times a day for years. I still get chest pains and arm pains occasionally but i know its nothing to worry about. I am diabetic type 2 and i have lost alot of weight since i was diagnosed a little over 2 years ago. The best thing i have done was switched to vaping instead of smoking. Just remember.......... if u smoked for many years it will take many years for your lungs to clear out, and that means the body will go through alot of changes in that process. Its not just the lungs that heal but the whole body so a little pain here and there is normal ;)
