Hello
I have a eleaf 100w Tc and a kanger toptank currently I have a 0.5 Nicr red o ring coil in it. It's reading 0.7 though.
Ok so my mod has two batteries running in parrel. My batteries are 18650 3.7v 3000mah
Running at 25 w and it says the volts are 4.18 is this ok? Since my batteries each say 3.7v sorry again. Is because I have two the volts are doubled..... Help please lol if I am not being clear just ask away.

3.7 is the batteries' "nominal" voltage. These batteries actually charge up to about 4.2v at full charge, and then gradually less as the battery depletes until down around 3.5v when you will want to recharge. Two batteries wired in parallel output voltage equal to a single cell.

However, this battery output voltage is only loosely related to the applied voltage that is displayed on the screen. The device is programmed to deliver a certain wattage (either set by you in watts/power mode, or automatically adjusted to maintain the temperature setting in temp control mode). That wattage requires a particular voltage be applied, for any given attached resistance. It's the device's job to convert "whatever" voltage it is receiving from the battery, into the particular voltage (shown on the screen) that it will apply to the atomizer. The device will have its own maximum voltage output, perhaps somewhere around 8-9 volts, (and with it an "effective" wattage cap perhaps less than the device's theoretical maximum, depending on resistance), and this may be further limited as the batteries drain to keep the amperage within safe limits.

Lithium batteries, 18XXX series especially, the voltages are fresh charge 4.18 to 4.20v, median charge 3.5 to 3.8v, lowest charge you want on them 2.5v (going below 2.5v damages the battery, going over 4.21 to 4.22v damages them, suggest max charge, 4.15 to 4.2v off the charger, most intelligent external chargers will stop at about 4.18v). If the batteries are almost lavender (purplish pink), then by your 3000mah description they are Samsung 30Q cells, a very reliable manufacturer (one of the big 4 battery manufacturers including Sony, LG, and Panasonic/Sanyo). 18650 batteries start at about 4.2v off the charger, rapidly decreasing to a plateau of 3.6 to 3.9v they will stay at a pretty long time, then once 3.5v hits they rapidly drop toward 3.0v, most regulated mods have a cutoff voltage per battery at 3.0v to 3.6 or 3.7v where they will give a low voltage warning. The Samsung 30Q's biggest ratings are its 3000mah and 20amp Continuous Discharge Rate (amperage), and in that iStick100wTC they are plenty safe in parallel so can handle 100watts being in parallel (load is balanced between both batteries, same voltage as a single battery, 2x Mah, 2x CDR, 100watts/3.0v=33.33amps/0.9mod efficiency=37.04amps/2 batteries=18.52amps per battery).

You are plenty safe.

The iStick 100 TC may have a parallel cell arrangement, but it's regulated and not mechanical so the voltage is not doubled. It can utilize higher voltages to the atomizer, but it does this using buck/boost circuitry just like other regulated devices multi-cell or not.

@Pretty.angelic
To sum up what the others have said - no you don't need to worry. The voltage on the display is what the mod is utilizing, and is separate from the voltage in the batteries. The mod will tell you when the batteries need to be recharged. Your responsibility is to put good quality batteries in it to start with. They sound like good ones, but if you can post a picture of them showing the numbers on the side, we can confirm this. :)

..... They are pink....

Look like these? These are Samsung INR 18650 30Q batteries, a 3000mAh 20 amp continuous discharge rate. Great batteries.

Concerning your mod, when you change the wattage setting, you are also automatically changing the voltage output setting. They work interdependently. This is Ohm's Law.
