Help! Bought an omega used, but one of the springs is missing

I sent in a ticket to your website, but figured it could not hurt to post here. I received an omega in the mail today from the ECF classifieds. The problem is, the spring that site in the land between the top and the sliding mechanism is gone, meaning there is no 'push to activate'. In other words, it just lies there. How do I get another spring?

Have you contacted the member you bought it from? Maybe they have it lying around somewhere and can send it to you?

Yes, they bought it second-hand, and it never worked, but they didn't take it apart, apparently. I've contacted altsmoke, so hope to hear from them soon!

OK, good news! I still have no idea how it escaped without me seeing it, but yesterday, I found a spring in the kitchen (not even the room I was in when I took the head off). Soon as I saw it, I knew what it went to! Omega is working like a charm, now!
