Could be as simple as some mismatched information from your order info and bank info. I have had this happen when I've put my cell phone # on the order registration and shipping info.....all info must match what the Bank has as your contacts.
Good Luck,
Mike

You need to call the financial institution that issued you the card. I used to do cc processing, and it could be anything, they are the only ones who can help you. There may be a limit. Some even block online use or any type of use that might be seen as suspect.
I took my 87 year old grandmother on a cruise last year, and her card wouldnt work at all. When we got back she went to the bank and they told her charges were blocked because she was 86 and using the card in Mexico, and that if she had told them beforehand, she wouldnt have had that problem. Who thinks to tell their bank they are going on vacation? But anyway, yeah, call the number on the back of the card.

You know makes some sense. I tried to pay for an online game a few years back and it was not allowing me to make the transaction now that I think about it... Thanks guys!

I've moved a few times in the past couple years (graduating college, etc...) and sometimes it seems like my card won't work unless I put in an older address...even though I've changed it to my new one.

If you've moved recently, try using a couple different addresses. The same could be said if you've changed your phone number recently.

Just call your card services and ask them why the transaction failed. Number is on the back of the card.

Yup, just did that and they said it had to be the site, because there was no declining on thier end. I also changed my address to my new one (moved a few months back) and made sure there was no limitations to my purchasing on the card. Thanks for all the replies!
