Help deciding on a gift for a new vapor

Hello all!

It has been a while since I have been active on ECF but I was hoping you wonderful lot could help me decide on a gift idea for my cousin.

He just started vaping a few months ago. He dove right in and got a tesla two starter kit. For those of you who don't know, it is an unregulated box mod with an internal battery and a subohm tank. He likes it and has not had a cig since.

I am torn between two ideas for him. upgrading him to a regulated box bod (I think it is an upgrade) or getting him set up with a RDA and supplies to get started. I was thinking of either a IPV4s or an iStick 100 wat in terms of a box mod (with 4 good batteries and a good charger). OR I was thinking of a standard 3 post RDA with a variety of wire and tools to get him going into rebuilding.

I would appreciate any input that you could offer to help me decide. I would like to keep total cost a small as possible and understand that the first option is much more expensive than the second but the most important part is getting him the right thing for where he is at this point in his vaping.

If he's fairly new, I might stay away from getting him building supplies. I think the iStick 100w or IPV4 or IPV3 li would be a good idea, perhaps with an Aspire Triton tank, Kanger Subtank, or a Uwell Crown tank.

+1 on steering clear of building supplies unless you want to teach him. A regulated box would be a good idea I think. Check this out. The batteries are crap, but the rest is decent gear.

It's a lil pricey, but it's an idea. That site has some other bundles too that are cheaper.

I'd suggest something a little different, a coilmaster 521 tab, it's a building tool with a good ohm meter and very nice functions...choosing a mod or atty for someone else, you run the risk of getting them something they won't like or won't use, good tools are always useful...hope that might help
