Thanks for all the advice people. since getting a new wife is so expensive I think I'll try getting a 510 lol. If that dont work I guess she'll have to wait till they COME UP with somethin else.
If you are using a 901 get the 501 carts they fit the 901 and are designed to reduce/eliminate getting juice into the mouth.
the 510 vaporizes the liquid well.. juice in the mouth is simply too much unvapourized liquid in the system..
causes.. poor atomizer that dosnt vapourized the liquid well enough.. use a new one..
week or semi worn out battery.. again the answer is obvious..
each time you suck liquid gets pulled from the wool around the atomizers.. if all is working well it gets vaporized... if it aint it ends up in the mouth as liquid as opposed to vapour..
sadly all not working well is often the case.. he he..

Agreed with the comment about the manual 510. I've had it occasionally with all automatic models I've used, including the 510. But manual it hasn't happened once for me thankfully.
I find it strange that someone recommended holding it straight up. I was doing that before, and found that to be part of the problem.
I've since started angling it (my RN4081) downwards, and have since not had a drop of e-liquid wind up in my mouth.

try to get the round tips they have 2 chambers in them and almost never get any juice through them even if u overfill them.
jonnyb I'm not really sure what you're talking about. Can you find a picture somewhere?
I am getting a juice in mouth problem with no cart filler and only 2 drops on the atty. Holding it at a downward angle, but not completely vertically.
you might think there is only two drops in the atomizer.. but a mini holds about five or six drops.. your two drops is in addition to what is already in there..

I vote for the 801 penstyle, also, but: here's the kick. The batteries are $14 - $18 bucks each, the attys $10 - $15, so the BETTER choice would be to go with a Janty Stick, with 801. Huge cart, no juice in mouth, great vapor, and $3.20 batteries that last about 4+ hours for a heavy vaper.
$80+ship, give or take a few more bucks for a wall charger, extra batteries and an extra couple of atomizers. Amazingly free from worry and dependable, and fits in your hand very discreetly.

Well, thanks Kate51, sounds promising but can anyone tell me the diff between the Janty and 801. I mean in a little more detail. (a link might help) I would sooner go with what works better even if it costs a little more.
I use a 901 and had the same problem for months , I solved my problem , by going to the drip method and using RYO cigarette filters in the cartridge ,,, now I can draw as hard or as long as I want with out an issue. even up side down when laying back in a easy chair. I never put any liquid on the cart, and push the filter materail deep into the cart as not to to make contact to the atty .
It really works for me , I was going to quit vapin because of the liquid in the mouth issue .

The Janty Stick (from JantyUSA.com) and the 801Penstyle (got mine from DietSmokes.com) both use the same atomizer and the same cartridges (interchangeable)
The JantyStick is a "mod" style, in other words, uses a smaller less expensive battery, and rather than a long configuration about the same size as a Bic pen, the battery and atomizer are side by side in the case.

Basically the bigger and better the battery, the better the PV, the better the throat hit, the better the vapor and no fuss and no muss and no frustration and no liquid in the mouth. Get one of these and you will have no further issues:
