Yeah it is a bit of a pain in the .... with the older Linux command line client. Actually I should probably post over at the f@h forum and get someone from the team to help me out because somewhere I have something misconfiged. I'm only averaging 200ish points per unit and they all have been turned in early. granted a bunch of them are uniprocessor but I did change two of my Linux boxes to smp but still haven't seen any bonus points.
Sounds like Team ECF is going to start climbing the ladder![]()
Uniprocessor is slower?
58 hrs in and I'm 32% complete. I'm pretty sure this is not gonna finish in 5.5 days . . . . . do I have to wait for it to time out and reassign on its own?

Anybody got an answer for me? I've been folding since the morning of the 6th, and am still only at 48.7% complete on my first WU. this thing is NOT going to be done in less than 2 days, and has already passed the "time out" date, but not the "expiration" which is 12/11.
I have all three computers loaded up running GPU and SMP. I am seeing substantial lag. How do I mess with the settings? These computers all have i7 980 hexacores and GTX 580s. One is running SLI 580x2. Other two are running 1 580. All of them are running 12GB of RAM. Should I be seeing this kind of lag?
I been having the same problem,no matter where i put the slider at.What i did is my set my cpu to use less cores,i have a quad core so i use smp 6, it's about 70% usage.I am running a WU now but no matter what I set my CPU usage % to I seem to get a 60 -100% CPU usage. I have set it as low as 15% and rebooted and am currently seeing 60% CPU usage. When I pause the WU my CPU usage drops to 1 - 5%. What am I doing wrong? I really want to help but my PC sounds like it is about to take off with the fan running that much and I do not want to fry my computer.
