I've had 2 failed packets - they might have been the same file What's up with that? While my system usually runs 2 packets - it's now only running 1.

Yup! Many of us are doing that... Including me. I WAS gonna do three computers, but my old laptop is too old and doesn't meet system requirements. That made me sad.

Cool. I have one computer I leave running 24/7 for my small cell phone unlocking business. I access it remotely when I need to retrieve an unlock code. It is doing nothing most of the time so now it can be put to good use. Fold away!

Maybe its a bug, looks as though you have folded before and are using the same username. That is about the only thing I can see. Could change the spelling of your username just change one of the lowercase letters to an uppercase or upper to lower. How long has it been?

I have 2 comps and 3 WU running, 4 hours to complete my first with this team. If I don't show by morning tomorrow, I will try a letter change. TY

My client just decides to stop folding with my GPU.

The GPU slot just get stuck at Ready with this error in the log.

lol, downloaded the new client today and updated,( i was running an older non smp) the first unit they send me is 14 days estimate

Ha! I've got you beat. Mines 15 days and only 16% done in 2 days. I think I need a new PC.

I have the GPU off on both my computers since they aren't running the unit they were assigned. Work laptop has been running non stop since yesterday afternoon, finished a new unit and pulled a new one that looks like it will take 2 days to complete. Home laptop only runs when I use it so that one is going to be a bit slower to get units done.

My points are ......ed low (no GPU folding for me, these boxes are older linux boxes running non supported graphics cards).

I also think I don't qualify for bonus points seems like I'm only getting base points for my work units. /me shrugs

To get bonus points you need to apply for a passkey:

Folding@home - FAQ-passkey

After you apply for one they will email you a code. You then pause your fah and enter the passkey in your Identity area of your config. After you have completed 10 work units, you will start getting the bonus points.

You will NOT need a new passkey for each WU. And you can use the same passkey on each computer you are folding with.

GPU Folding gave me a ton of points. I was at around 10 - 15k a day. It dropped to 2 - 5k after the GPU folding bug came about.

FAH says they are fixing it right now. Hope it'll be back up soon.

That's good to know then, I feel like CPU is slow as dirt. I have my passkey now, just need to put it on the other comp here in a few min.

My clients have all been running the passkey. I'll check them and make sur e it is correct but I seem to recall reading something in the archives about qualified smp work units or something like that. meh I probably accidentally pasted a EOL when I configured my clients or something dumb like that.
