Hey guys,

My trusty Innokin Cool Fire TC 100 is auto firing so it's time for a new "on the go mod". The Innokin wasn't particularly pocketable but it was small enough that I didn't mind taking it with me. I'm looking for a pocket/smaller sized mod (ideally smaller than the TC100 but around the same size is acceptable) with the following features:

- TC SS-316 Control
- Capable of 60+ Watts
- Can hold a 25 mm tank without overhang

I don't care about how it's powered, external battery or internal battery is fine. I was thinking about the RX Mini but I'm not sure it would hold the 45 mm tank.

Thanks

Pico 25 or smok AL85 would work. Personally I would trust the Eleaf Pico 25 over a smok product.

Sent from my SM-G930R4 using Tapatalk

Thanks. Out of curiosity, any built in battery suggestions? I'm guessing the RX Mini wouldn't hold the 25 mm tank? How about the SnowWolf Mini?

My Istick Pico is very pocket friendly but will not seat an atty 24 mm and larger.

Since the Pico wont work for you how about my second abd third favorite mods

1. Istick Pico
2. eVic VTC Mini
3. Istick 60 TC.

The firdt two can fire up to 75 Watts

You should look at the Pico Mega. It can seat a 25 mm atty and do everything you want.

Its called tye mega because it can use a 28650 battery or an 18660 with adapter.

I would go 28650 for longer battery life

Agreed, and there are some that are light and ergonomic enough that you'd have no problem putting it in your pocket, and it's fairly certain that you'll have no issues with your tank and vape style that way. I've heard the Tesla Wye is both light and has great features, and is fairly small form factor.

The aspire speeder's a new mod that's reputed to be quite light, though it may be too "bulky" for your purposes. But I think Eskie's correct, and you may wind up happier with a two battery mod if you are working very long days.

With that said, carrying another battery around isn't impractical, as long as you do it safely in a battery storage case. IMRbatteries, my go to vendor, ships them for free with batteries. They also sent a couple rewraps this time around, also thrown in as "freebies." While wraps are cheap, I appreciate what IMRBatteries is trying to do to keep battery safety safe, even though they also come with the required "Not safe for e-cig usage," which is mainly to cover their butts, legally....

If you buy a single, removable battery mod, that may fit better in your pocket, just be prepared to swap out a battery-- possibly-- if you are working long days. Depending on where you vape, this may or may not be practical, as storing batteries inside cars at high or super low temps really isn't advised. I don't even leave my mod in my car for more than 2 minutes, like if I'm pumping gas or something, as I don't want it overheated. I live in Tucson, though.

Hope you find a good setup for you... Best of luck.

I'll just recommend what i've been using as of lately :
Aspire nx75 (75 watts and does tc for SS)
Predator 228 (dual 18650 has every bells and modes you want)
The predator fits in my pocket but ofc it's not a small mod by any means, i just love the heft to it and it feels secure in my hands, most comparable to the alien 220 from smok.

Aka Alien vs Predator :D

Couldn't resist, could you?;)
I don't see what you're talking about i'm a
Well, with that comparison, I will not be buying either mod,:lol:, not that I was planning to, but thanks. The predator already looks like something that could startle me in the dark, not something I want to lift gently toward my mouth....

:lol: Yeah it's a beast in the dark, but hey at least it dosen't have all those shiny leds :p Then it would've looked like a demon in the dark !

Honestly, everything looks like a demon to me in the dark. I have night-blindness, and I really wish they'd find a cure. I get it's like a rods and cones thing, and one won't probably be on offer, but oh well, at least my optometrists aren't telling me I'd wind up blind in my 30s... At one point my eyes were deteriorating so rapidly, they were telling me that, but things settled down.

I also had a squint, discovered when (against my wishes, I really loathe organized sports) I was enrolled in tennis lessons at about age 7, and they kept telling me to "aim for the ball" and my response was "Which one?" That was easily fixed with some eye exercises, but night blindness, alas, not. Which is why it really sucks that I wake up in the dark, but I've pretty much memorized every object in the house by now, so I can "feel" my way around.... Don't want to be approaching a predator in the dark, LOL.

The Alien 200W fills the bill for the power spec, has dual 18650's, and it fits in a pocket easily at 1" thick.

The Pico 75W also would do nicely.
The 75 won't take a 25mm tank. The Mega and Dual will, but the Dual has one of those "glad to see you" pocket bulges

We women like those glad to see you pocket bulges. If you're single, go for the dual!
Yes. Unfortunately, it's not what we think. Y'all see that bulge and say, "what a wad of cash that is. I see a new DNA mod happening in this relationship."
