I have used both Ella's and NF, and I have used, flavor west and The Flavor Apprentice (wizard labs). My preferred supplier is TFA, Flavor West got stronger over the years, I haven't used a lot of Ella's and I was unimpressed with the 2 flavors from NF that I tried. There's a Reddit for DIY juice and it's absolutely the best resource possible for this sort of thing.

Pure Vapes (they sell Flavour Arts flavoring) is a reputable vendor. I use a lot of Flavour Arts flavorings. Capella flavoring is also very good. I also use many flavors from TFA.

I tend to stay away from Lorann flavoring as many of their flavors contain oil, food coloring, additives and are not as concentrated as flavoring from other manufacturers.

Here is a spreadsheet for Lorann flavorings: Best Lorann Oils Vaping Spreadsheet - 2014

For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. Lots of great info in all the "stickies". Below is the information I often give to members new to DIY.
Here are some threads you may like to read through for different flavoring companies. Many of the posts include recipes and comments about a specific flavor.

@dannyv45 I saw a thread that u posted about steeping by Ultrasonic Cleaner. Can you let me know how long should I steep it? Thank you

Tobaccos 3 - 5 hours
Creams and deserts 2 - 4 hours
fruits and candies 0 -2 hours

1 hours of speed steeping = 1 week of natural steeping. Always taste your fresh mix before steeping so you have a baseline to compare progress. There's no hard and fast rule that says you need to steep. If it taste good right after mixing then vape away, the mix will only improve with age.
