You could try adding Menthol and Koolada to them Berries that will give you a throat hit. I like Menthol in my fruit sometimes.
+1, I love Koolada in my fruits.

Of course I'm not one to ask, as me no likey the TH, but what is your pg/vg ratio? Original poster mixed at 50/50, you may have more at 80/20.

This is what I need to do before I mess around anymore. I need to find one of these flavors I like before I run out of vendor juice.

I only posted because doing this goes against my nature (I want it now and I want it perfect). :)

I wonder how I will be able to taste them all. I have about 10 attys, but is there a way to "clean" tastes between flavors without wetting/drying the atty?

Usually, I drip similar flavors to create layering, and I enjoy that. However, I suppose I need to get a precise sampling of these unknown flavors...

Banana
Blueberry
Caramel
Cinnamon Danish Swirl
Green Apple
Harvest Berry
Pancake Syrup
Peaches and Cream
Waffle

I finally did solo tests with Blueberry, Green Apple, Cinnamon Danish Swirl, and Peaches and Cream at 15%. Green Apple is good. Peaches: nice mix of candy and natural which happily leans towards natural, blueberry is really weak - might need 20-25%, and that is on it's own. Now Cinnamon Danish!?! What? This stuff is very strong and quite amazing in contrast to the others. 15% is pushing it.

Banana, I will never like. Anybody want it?

Overall, I just don't think any of these solo will work as an ADV for me. I got mostly fruit flavors because I thought they'd be forgiving while I fumble around figuring all of this DIY business out.

What do you have?

If you are looking for a good Capella ADV there Glazed Chocolate Doughnut,Cake Batter,Boston Cream Pie,make excellent ADV's and stand alones. Those three are a staple in my DIY cabinet of flavors. When i run out of them i always have the mixable flavors on hand that make each of those flavors.

What I do to clear flavors is to vape unflavored nic or just plain pg ... that usually cleans it out pretty quickly.

Good idea I'll have to try that. I've been dry burning my wicks and even soaking on alcohol but it's a pain to do and time consuming. Thanks for the tip!

I can think of a couple of things right off the bat

Green Apple and Caramel

Waffle and Banana

I like the Banana and will gladly find a use for it.

thanks. i might try a smidgen of menthol. but i typically loathe menthol these days. i cant even do Koolada. i wish i could. whats weird is that i was a Newport smoker for the first half of my 14 year smoking debacle. 0_o

my go-to "add TH" additive is FW Ecto Cooler, especially for fruits. i might try that or i might try TFA Mtn Dew. i really dig the TH from Mtn Dew too. i think it might make a nice Berry Dew type juice.....which gives me an idea: Ecto Dew. wow that sounds great lol.

How much eliquid can I make with 0.4oz (12 ml) bottle of Capellas? I see that most people are using about %10, so a 0.4oz will get me about 100 ml of eliquid total? Sorry if it isn't exact.

It will make you 120ml's of juice.10% = 3ml> That makes 4 30ml bottles.

well, you can blow out the atty, then dry burn it. that usually gets most of the old flavor out- especially if you have it de-bridged.
thats what i do. or i will use an RBA and just yank the wick out of the coil and slide a new wick in.
but if youre using regular atomizers, using a syringe to clean is great. you attach the atty to the syringe with a piece of silicon tubing. then once you blast it out with hot water, you can use PGA to blast it and it will dry much much faster. you can start using it again within minutes.
you can also use a turkey baster in lieu of a syringe + silicon tube.

I usually start at 10% and adjust from there with capella, a lot of people are using capella at 15%, you may want to plan for that. Depends on what your setup is. If you vape out of clearos and cartos you will probably need more flavor. If you vape RBAs then you probably won't need as much.

Good luck

I find that I like Koolada only in VERY small doses... like 1 drop per 10ML. I got mine from High Desert Vapes so it came w/ a 3ML dropper bottle. (so you know how big the drops are, approximately)
As for Capella, so far, I'm finding that the French Vanilla and Coconut are stronger than the other flavors Ive tried. (peanut butter, marshmallow, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon)

+1 on the coconut being strong and I am loving the taste- always thought coconut flavoring would have to taste artificially...not so. The CFB will kick your teeth in, but there is something so damn addictive about it. I keep trying to mix with it as the primary and I think I'm going to have to "think backwards" and let the cupcake (or custard?) and strawberry control the mix, and only allow the CFB to play if he's nice.
