If you don't mind me asking, are you doing anything for the tendonitis? I used to get it in both my knees from years of basketball and I know how much of a pain it can be...no pun intended....bands, braces, anti inflammatories like Advil several times a day for a time period, ice, stretching connected muscles, and of course rest helped me.

ummm yep, all of the above. Dr put me on 2 rounds of steroids but either it wasn't strong enough or it didn't last long enough because by the time it started feeling a LITTLE better it was time to lower the does... ugh

Thank you so much for posting this because I have been having problems with my hands. I going to try all these suggestions and maybe even come up with more myself after reading them. As far as the tendonitis goes, you can have your doctor write a prescription for a tens unit and insurance will cover the charges. There are some relatively inexpensive ones on Amazon (around $30.00). I'm not the only one that these units help. You might want to check it out. Sorry, I don't mean to .... in with suggestions but just thought it was worth mentioning. Good luck to us. :)

I've tried heat, ice, message, stretching, steroids, brace, wrap, NOTHING has helped, so any suggestion is welcomed!! And you bet, good luck to us but sadly for me I haven't found the fountain of youth so damn... I don't think I'm going to get better... lol!!!

So you guys are getting me interested here. I'd looked at getting a Reo before, but decided against it before based on the difficulties involved with having bad hands (combo of arthritis and severe nerve damage) and the problems of trying to manage both the rebuilding and the squonking. Weight might still be an issue - I have MVPs that I can only use on good days due to the weight and firm button. I'll need to check into this more now.

x2 on the TENS unit. I shattered my pelvis in 04' resulting in severe nerve damage. The TENS is the only thing that will even come close to relieving the pain(besides being completely knocked out by meds). If you decide to go this route, make sure you get the premium electrodes if your monies allow. They are not that much more and they are so much more comfortable when turned on. The cheaper ones have more of a stinging sensation that can be pretty painful on the surface of the skin.

I have pretty bad Fibromyalgia and I was worried about the weight too. The regular Provari sometimes feel too heavy for me depending on how I am that day and what kind of tank I put in. Just received my Reo Grand LP with a RM2 LP. It's surprisingly lighter than I expected and the small size of the RM2 helps with reducing the weight too. Now just have to figure out a way to squonk right. I find the bottle a little too hard to press plus I have small hand...but with all these suggestions here guess I'll find a way to make this work. The vape and flavor is really good on a Reo :)

Take care! Ask questions! I found people here are very helpful! Take care ;)

You folks are slick with your fancy thread titles to lure in the unsuspecting ...lol. I just realized that I replied earlier here in the Reos forum. While I was here I've been doing a little research. Now I just have to have one(or two). I drip around 7mg daily and it's probably not the safest thing to do while driving(manual shift on top of that). I have put a LP Grand on my list to get within the next couple of months. Have to get a few thousand milliliters of nick base first. NC is getting ready to drop the hammer and start sin taxing e-liquid by the ml. I'll be back later for my badge...lol.

You'll love it. I was dripper for years before getting one and cannot imagine using anything else now.
