Loosening helped, but I don't get it. I had it turned on there snug initially the day I got it and virtually no problems. Is it something I did with the tank? Should I be using a different type of tank? Not sure why this would start all of a sudden

Did you over do this? This could lead to juice going from your tank to your battery

Ok, no worries you are almost fixed.

Now with your provari and the beauty ring. Screw the beauty ring in and leave a little bit less than 1mm gap.

Put down your provari

Take the tank, remove the atty, and pull the most bottom piece of metal out by about .75 mm

Reinstall the atty, install the tank onto the provari (make sure the gap between the beauty ring and provari stays at about .65mm)

press fire button and listen for coil burning sound

if you hear it, vape and see if you get airflow

if you hear no sound of coil burning, then screw your beauty ring down a little bit further onto your provari and screw your provari to the protank a little bit more

press fire button and listen for coil burning sound

if you hear it, vape and see if you get airflow

Put the Provari down, grab your keys and a bottle of juice, drive to the local B&M and buy an i-taste MVP, fill up the i-clear 16 or 30 and vape all the way home.

When you get home, you'll have a clear head to work on your Provari issues, as you vape on your MVP.

LMAO!! Thanks Maurice. Why didn't I think about just buying a new device?

I am noticing my tanks are constantly leaking. It is definitely NOT the ProVari's fault on this. I have somehow figured out how to completely destroy a Kanger ProTank II simply by changing the atty. I will try to leave an instruction page or YouTube video on this process once I have fully mastered it.

Screw the head in snugly. Then turn it over and look at the pin. It should line up with the threads. Or at least to not more than a paper thickness lower than the threads. If it looks like this, screw the base onto your ProVari. Push the button for a second and see if the coil lights up. Also, make sure your ProVari button lights up too. That would indicate it's on. If all is well, now attach the tank part. Yea!!

If the pin is not lined up with the threads, move the pin in the atty a hair out of the insulator. The insulator can get squished and I hear the new ones squish easier. Test with the base again. It should work if the pin on the head is in the right spot. So, probably another bad head.
