Help identifying a supplier

I received a very thin USPS priority Flat Rate mailing envelope today, it was completely sealed and upon opening it found nothing inside, it was completely empty The supplier used the name;

Does anyone know what supplier this is so I can contact them and find out why they failed to put my order in the envelope before sealing and sending it??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's very worrying, it hadn't been opened by anyone, the seals were all intact.

I can't complain about them getting back to me about it, 1:30am over there and received a quick reply saying they'll look into it as soon as the delivery department is open. Sounds like someone was asleep on the job when they sealed it up without putting the 3x 30ml bottles of juice in it lol.

That is very very strange, random, and a bit creepy, how someone could not notice is beyond me.
Thats good that they are on it as they should be. Ive ordered from them a couple times, but luckily I got more than an envelope delivered.

VP we are resending your order and will investigate. Our packages pass throught three differant people here and then are wieghted by the USPS as all international orders are, so we are not sure how that could have been missed. Your order will be resent by me personally.

Still not sure what happened we are sure that it was hijacked more than likely by customs. Would really like to see that package. Don't get me wrong VP we know its not on your end, Your a great customer. Will remix your order personally. Any way you could edit my personal info out of your OP. We send them that way international to fly under the radar, also if you could snap a pix i really be grateful you can email to me. Thanks for your understanding on this.

It wasn't customs as they have to place a sticker on the outside telling you if it was opened for inspection. I'll take a photo and email it to you.
