Not knowing what device you are using, I'll give you my guess. Using a 0.15 coil the drain on the battery is too great at 25% charge and to deliver the correct power needed to match your desired wattage, so the battery is giving what it can. This could be regulated power or it could be direct drain depending on your device.
Hmmm. I think ur right. I need to test it more.

I use a dual coil RTA, with a coil assembly ohm'ing in at 0.25, on a Sigelei 100 watt plus box mod, with two VTC4's, and vaping at 45 watts. I get the "CHECK BATTERY" on the display around about 30%. I get this on all my box mods !. There simply isn't enough power left in the batteries to fire at 45 watts when there is only 30% left in them. So i just switch them out for freshly charged ones.

when the batteries get low, and when you push the button, it pulls the batteries down to a point where the chip sees it as too low and gives you the warning... basically telling you you dont have enuf voltage left to do what you have set...

kinda like having a tire with low pressure... not quite flat, still enuf air to hold the car up but if you hit a bump/curb it will pinch the tire against the rim...
