OK so I just got the GO-GO from NHALER, and I am totally NEW to e-cigs, never even taken one puff on on anything.

I'm confused, it came with 5 atomizers and in the mini-instruction book it says they come with liquid in them. I figured these were like samples. Hmm, they seem to be more like dry cartridges then have anything in them. Maybe I need to order the cartomizers and e-liquid I guess?

I screwed the atomizer (supposedly with e-liquid in them), took the plastic cap off the atomizer, pushed the button, and the button light works but nothing happens. It's dry?

Do these atomizers that come with the Go-GO come empty, what I am doing wrong?

Is the instruction booklet for a different GO-GO maybe?

Yah, left a bit of a funny taste in my mouth too.
I took a few hard dry puffs, hopefully I didn't ruin the device itself other than just maybe I messed up the atomizer cartridge which I don't care about.

So wait, they call these "atomizers" but they are really "cartomizers" right?
It's just a cartomizer is a different type of atomizer?

You gotta love how the instruction book said the atomizers come pre-filled, lol.

Juice will be hard to find. There may be a brick and mortar building near you.

Glycerin can be purchased at stores with a pharmacy. Maybe you can add some vodka to give it a kick.

You'll need a way to fill it. Maybe the condom method, maybe an injection with a syringe.

The go-go is proprietary, so I can't suggest buying pre-filled carts and they don't seem to be available at n-haler

I got a box of 5 empty cartomizers in my Gogo kit, but they also sent me a couple of pre filled ones...yes you will need some juice to use the empty ones....you pop off the little white tip on the mouth end, with a paperclip or something (just pry it out) then you drip liquid onto the stuffing material around the inside of the barrel. Tilt it a little as you drip....careful to not get the juice in the center tube...should hold 90-100 drops.....yes count them....pop the cap back on, let it soak in for a minute and screw it on the battery...you're ready to vape away. Loving mine so far....good luck and keep us posted.

You can get glycerin at a couple of places:

Walmart in the skin care area (near the rubbing alcohol, or ask the pharmacist) it's called Humco Glycerin.
You can also get it at places that sell specialty cake decorating stuff but then it's called Wilton's Glycerin - this is your best bet because then you can also find Lorann oils nearby, which is a flavoring used in baking and candy making and e-liquid (just be sure the ingredients don't include sugar and are water soluble).

Just mix 90% glycerin (aka VG) with 10% flavoring (or you can use it- the VG - plain, it's kind of sweet by itself) and vape that. If it's too thick you can add a few drops of DISTILLED water.

You might get lucky and find a tobacco shop in your area that actually sells some of the 'juice', but a lot of shops are not into these things yet (I think they are afraid of them).

Keep in mind they probably won't have very high quality stuff, though...so I'd get something to try and then come back here and find some decent vendors to mail order from.
