Hey guys, hoping I can get some help making my decision on my first provari purchase tonight. I am torn between the full size and the mini. My main thing is to be able to get through a day of vaping. Currently I vale a KGO battery and with my usage it lasts me all day. Would a mini get worse battery life then my KGO? Or do I need to go with the full size?

Just bought my first ProVari and went with the standard instead of the Mini, i went ahead and got the extension cap but not the 18650 batteries because they were out of stock and I read some have had slow shipping dates because of this so keep that in mind. You can pick up the 18650 batteries at other places like Super T ect. Mine shipped very fast but it was ordered at 12:05 PST on the 15th. So far no issues with all day vape on the 18490 for me, and not sure of the juice amount though.

I may go with a black Mini with blue led and I think they sell around April first but don't quote me on that.

My first test got me 2ml on the 18350 using a 3.0 ohm boge at 4.8v (really hard to stick to just one flavor gotta tell ya, or just one mod to get a good runtime test too). Anyhow, got 15 hrs use on it as I wasn't chain vaping it.

Another who's testing with me got 3ml of use over 5hs of hard vaping using a 3.0 ohm xxl boge at 4.2v.

Someone else just reported getting 9hrs of use, forget what his juice level was though.

Anyhow, if you're really after longevity, you really can't go wrong with the full size and snag the 18490 or the 18650 or both. Then maybe treat yourself to a mini later as a backup and for a stealthy carry out when you know what your vape times will be.

Otherwise, you could always just carry one spare 18350 with you when you go out as backup. Darn battery is so small, about the size of a 3ml tank.

Just some ideas and hope the info helps you decide.

That does help very much. Wish I knew if a black mini was close. Loving black/blue

Just re-read your op, and caught something I missed the first time around. The kGo is an 1100 mah battery if I recall correctly and (please forgive me if I get this wrong) a 3.7v device.

The 18350 is 700mah, 18490 1100mah, and the 18650 2000mah (at least the ones that come from Provape). So using that knowledge, if you take your voltage up on the same atty/carto you use now, you'll get much less time on the 18350, a bit less time on the 18490, and well, that 18650 just kicks .....

There, a better point of view that you can relate to for what your vape time would be like. Oh, one thing to make note of here though is, if you are using a lr atty/carto like say 1.5, you can recoup some of the lost time by switching to a 3.0 or so atty/carto even at the same wattage since the current draw will be less.
