Help!!!

I swabbed my provari contacts with alcohol, swabbed the battery tops and then charged my batteries. The 2 out of 3 batteries are no longer working and the third battery only works if I have the end cap loosened quite a bit! What happened and what can I do? I've loaned out all my other KGO's and have nothing else to use. I'm getting really worried I have messed something up. Charger no longer seems to be working either? Or maybe it's just on those 2 batteries. UGH!!! I'm about to panic

Same thing just happened to me. Cleaned the contacts with 91% and now only works when the cap is unscrewed just so. In my case, the batteries are fine . I thought it ruined the batteries too since the provari wouldn't fire, but they are all working in my lava tube. I tried the alcohol bath but no luck. Getting ready to send it in to provape to be checked out.

stretch out your spring in the end cap, clean the threads again...worked for me

Thanks. Mine actually started woking again too. I gave it a third alcohol bath last weekend and it's been humming along without fault ever since.
