I'm looking to experiment a little more in the sub-ohm vaping direction. First of all I'm looking for an AUTHENTIC mod NOT INTERESTED IN CLONES. Obviously the mech should be 18650. Preferably one single tube without extensions or telescoping features. For the material I would like copper. I would also like the button to be magnetic. Looking around the $200 price range. I have seen a lot of mechs that fit some of my picky criteria but was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to one or some with all the features I want. Thanks and vape on!:vapor:

NANOS | Nanos Single tube | mmvapors.com

I would recommend the Nanos by MMVapors. It does not have a recessed button, but this switch locks so easy that a recessed button is not really needed. The switch has six small magnets that provide the spring action and also the locking action. You just "flick" the button with your little finger to lock or unlock. It only has to rotate 7mm. This switch is very short, which makes the Nanos a very short mod. I have a Nanos single tube in polished brass and it is my favorite mod and use it daily.
MMVapors has great customer service, fast shipping, all spare parts available if needed. And all their offerings are always in stock and ready to ship.

The Doomsday mod by Intergalactic Industries is as nice as any authentic I own. SS, 1 piece tube with all copper contacts. Very little voltage drop. Fit and finish is perfect. Recessed button with no locking ring. There's enough resistance in the switch that it doesn't need one. Its also a great price - $120+/-. Still leaves you enough for a nice atty. The 454 or the Vulcan will look and perform perfectly on it and you'll have a fully authentic set up with a little scratch left for juice or a battery!

I have a decent collection of mechanicals, all authentics. The only copper mod I own is the Akuma. I just got it recently, and am very happy with it. The switch button is semi recessed. When the reverse threaded lock ring is in locked position, the ring extends beyond the button. When in unlocked mode, the button protrudes slightly. The 18650 extension tube attaches to the engraved 18350 tube; but the machining and polishing is so well done that the seam is nearly invisible. If you're set on an authentic copper mod, the Akuma is worth a look.
