Just to keep it simple, you can add 3ml of your 75mg nicotine solution and you'll be left with a nicotine strength of 22.5mg.
EDIT: Add 3.2ml of your 75mg nic solution to 6.8ml of flavoring/PG/VG and you'll have a 24mg nic strength.

No offense to you, but if you are a newbie and cannot calculate / use math to mix eliquid, you should probably do some learning/reading first.
This is the bare essentials of DIY.......you have to be able to use math or an ejuice calculator. When you have enough posts please head over to the DIY area of the forum where you can find calculators and help.
I am not trying to discourage you but you need to be able to compute these numbers on a regular basis, and also be able to compute how much the addition of flavoring %'s, as well as other additives like distilled water, extra PG or VG, etc. are going to affect your goal of a 24mg end product.

Adding it to vg and or pg any flavour , what % flavour, what are you trying to get a test liquid a juice recipe ?
Do you want it for just this bottle or to get a nic solution you can add to other juices of differing sizes ?

Please go online and get a FREE E JUICE CALCULATOR. You plug in your numbers and it will calculate your measurements for you. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
Yup... Just Google e-juice calculator, and you'll find many. I haven't started the DIY thing, yet (soon), but I use a juice calculator to mix different strengths of pre-made juices I've bought. I can't do math to save my life, so thank goodness for the internet. Haha!
