You are at the point of no return! Let us know which you choose.

Yeah, if it is a 510/901 drip tip, it will fit.

Thanks for the info. I was about to go with a Black V2 with Green LED and then the option up and disappeared from the ProVape website so I guess I will go with the blue. Thanks for the confirmation on the tips.

WOW must be something in the air! LOL I just ordered the provari and I am talking with Phiniac about a few custom tanks! I have order from Vapor Phonix really great CS and he has an excellent sales going on now for the Boge Cartos/mix and match 10 or 5 packs and also on the smoketech dual coil cartos best prices I have seen on either of those. I stocked up on both!

That is a good deal but doesn't appear the XL's can be chosen as an option. The ProVari just seems like a well built, well regarded PV at a reasonable cost. That is the take I got on it after doing my research so I don't find it surprising that other people come to the same conclusion. ;)

It must be in the air, i just don't know if i should get the mini Provari or the regular. I am a moderate vapor but i have a bunch of the 18350 batteries already. Any suggestions?

I'm a light/moderate smoker (I guess now vapor-er?) too but I went with the standard V2 just because I heard it fits bigger hands a bit easier than the mini on some of the reviews I watched/read. I've got decent size mitts and already have something small if needed so that made my choice kind of easy.

On the other hand you have a bunch of batteries that fit the mini so that makes some decent cost savings right there.

I contacted ProVape about the lack of green LED's, here is their response.

I must say though, they responded to my inquiry within seconds. How is that for customer service?

lol, the blue led would have been my second choice too...but i got a green.

something in the air ??? or we all watchin the same youtube videos

Yeah I wanted a green too but oh well. With no ETA for green LED's I don't want to wait.

Just sumitted the order for a black V2 with blue LED's. I'm sure I'll be more than happy with it.

Looks like the reg/XL/resistance options is on the Boge Cartomizers Mix-and-Match 5 Pack Deal I ended up buying 10 boxes plus the dual coil ones too I like the flanged bottom :) I think for the most part since I am having a lot of fun with all this I have not saved too much (reading between the lines=nothing) from quitting smoking! LOL

Yeah, I expect to spend a lot more initially (and I certainly have). I smoke about a half-pack a day, or, if drinking, a pack or more but am just now going 100% smoke free so it will take a while for the "investment" to pay off. Ultimately I look forward to being healthier even if it comes at an initial cost. I just dumped $361.75 today between my ProVape, Phiniac and Sure Vape orders.

BTW - The Sure Vape Boge XL 3.0's were $23.00 shipped.

Those look awesome. How much do they run and how much are the proprietary atomizers?

Here's a link for you.

The Reactor Tank and Accessories

I just noticed that they have some single coil atomizers. That's good! They started out with just the 1.5 ohm dual coils.

Edited to add: The tubing on this tank is not glass BTW.

That's too bad, I guess even as a noob I prefer the idea of glass/Pyrex.

Can some explain how the drip tips work (or don't work) with cartomizers? I see quite a bit of info about atty's but nothing on the cartomizers. It will probably be obvious once I get it in my hand but at this point I don't have any experience with them and am just confusing myself drying to decipher.

Drip tips are pretty much necessary for tanks. This is because the cartomizer only comes up to the top of the tank, so you need that drip tip so you have something to put your mouth on and vape. Drip tips used with attys make it easier to drip into the atty, but you won't be using it for that purpose with a carto tank.

And I will add that I now have 2 Provari's! I just got my second one today! A chrome this time with a blue LED (my favorite color) And I also have, so far, 5 Phiniac tanks. I swear I think this chrome ProV tastes better then this old satin one I've had for 3 months!

Can you talk more about the dripping? So before starting put 3-4 drips in? Is that to somewhat prime it, making sure it isn't dry or whats the deal? It is purely flavor based? Never dripped before.

Also, how do all you guys (and gals!) get these cool signature pictures with days/cigs/dollars saved? Looks like good motivation. As of right now I just have a little day counter on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 but it's not nearly as thorough as those trackers.

I'm not a dripping conesuer by any stretch of the imagination, but I do know the basics. You only put in a few drops and then vape that...then put in a few more drops and vape that..etc..etc.. The reason for this is because attys don't have any filler in them, so if you drip too many drops, it'll just be running down your APV, unless you add a drip shield. Dripping will give you the best flavor, but it's not worth the hassle in my book. I vape too much! You do need to make sure you keep an atty wet, or else you're liable to pop the atty, or burn it. Hope this helps you some. Maybe someone else who's a dripper will come on here and add to this.

Yeah I guess that only somewhat helps me. I don't yet understand the difference between an atty and a cartomizer. What I'm using now has an atomizer but I dont know the difference. It sounds like more work than it's worth. That's why I want tanks to begin with, less work between vaping.

How about the signature thing?

Ok, I already know what your next question is going to be!

What's a drip shield? Right? A drip shield allows you to put a few more drops in your atty. The drip shield prevents it from dripping down your APV. What happens is the drip shield makes it so those drops get sucked back into the atty to be vaped. The best atty is the HH357, I just got one in an attempt to try dripping. I got a drip shield at EmpireMods.com. So far, I'm not real impressed, but I know there's a learning curve to all of this stuff, so I'll keep trying.
