help me with my sinus problem

I'm an older former heavy smoker. I cannot tolerate high VG liquids...gives me runny nose, heavy mucous lungs. If you have had asthma or COPD, higher VG might compound those IMO.

Drink lots of water, and keep the air in your home well humidified. Your sinus issues seem like allergies, compounded by toxins built up in your body from smoking, as well as becoming completely dried out from smoking as well. PG and VG are hygroscopic, and will dry your mucus membranes. Keep hydrated!

Your sinus issues, allergies not withstanding, will clear over time. Be well.

yes sir I'm now starting to vape ... I'm just worried about my sinus because i have sinus everyday but now i feel better

You stated everyday is a bad day because of your disease, what disease?

Sinus what?
Irregular, abnormal heart rate?
Emergency room, now.

Sinus as in Frontal, Ethmoid, Sphenoid, Maxillary?
Fungal, viral or bacterial infection?
These need to be treated by a doctor, asap/now.

Allergies? caused/triggered by what?
Some allergies left un diagnosed & untreated can lead to very serious issues.

When was the last time you saw a doctor? If you have any sort of green discharge, a painful burning sensation and severe congestion or specks of blood coming from your nose when you blow it, it may be a sinus infection and require treatment. Some of these can linger on for quite some time, and you do not want it to spread.

for me everday is a bad day because of this sinus.....

either a real allergy exists that could be causing the issue .... or, a pinched set of nerves in the neck can cause the same reaction... many people mis-diagnose sinus issues as allergies when the actual issue is compressed nerves in the C3-C4 area

its amazing how a pinched nerve can cause severe swelling of the sinus and create pain behind the eyes... and almost debilitating pain but not feel the real source in the neck....

I'm new in vaping.. 2 weeks in vaping . . ..
i don't know if the vape is the reason why i still have sinus because i quit in smoking cigarettes since i bought a vape .. but i feel better now not like when i still in smoking cigarettes but my sinus is still here or the sinus will last with in a month?
