I would say use a small pick, you should be able to lift it right back up without causing any issues.
Turns out it's not that. It's the cuircut board. Was a clearance item. No return no refund. Sone tines u win sometimes u lose. Bought it from a local shop. As cheap as I got it plus bateries, charger, 2 attimisors, 5 cartomisers. And 15.00 worth of juice when it quit working. So I just about broke even. Only worked 4 days. I wont but clearance again. Glad it was cheap and got a bunch of other stuff too. I might by a mini v2 from vulcano web site.
Sorry to hear that!! Try contacting Volcano directly about it if you havent already. They have pretty good customer service. It doesnt hurt to try (unless you did already) They back their products up pretty good.

Vulcano said that it was a knockoff that the place I bought it from was selling. I might try making a mechanical mod out of it eventually.
That sucks, Yeah I would never buy from that place again. I'm lucky because I have a store that sells nothing but offical Volcano products 5 miles from my apartment. They are the distributors for our area.

I tried to take the top off with a pair of pliers and a rag. It wouldn't budge. For the heck of it I put a battery in it attached a tank and it works again. I don't know for how long. But its working and I'm vaping away on it now.
