Help - Mr. Puffer MIA

I need help. I posted on "supplier reviews" but haven't had any response. I hope somebody might know what's going on.

I ordered Mr. Puffer on 09/17, received an e-receipt, and then Nothing. The "stealth" style I ordered was apparently available, according to the website. I've sent two e-mails without any response. I also ordered spare batts and a charger from a battery vendor, which I've already received, to the tune of $44.

This is the first time I've ever had a problem with an e-cig vendor, and am feeling like I've been had.

Does anyone know anything about this vendor?

I can't say what is happening with Mr. Puffer, but I got a defective unit in April, he PM'd me months ago saying I could return it. I had been on the road traveling and moving from TX to OR from May - Aug, and then started to try to contact Mr. Puffer, when I got to my new home, about the return, and have not heard a peep. I have sent him at least 3 PMs here and I don't know any other way to contact him. So the defunked puffer sits in a mailing envelope while I wait for his reply...and wait and wait and wait.... don't know what happened, but I don't find this very professional.

mr puffer has a bad rep for not returning emails in a lot of threads.I tried to contact them by email many times and got no response. Dispute the charge if you receieve nothing. It is extremely annoying to have a web site either be empty for months at a time or take orders and never stay in contact with customers.

The way I see it, I wasted $45 on my mr. puffer because I got to use it for a day, and one of the wires inside came unsolder-ed... worthless... I am sorry to see other people also having issues with them.

Sorry to hear this, I received one of the first Puffers that came out even before he had a website and I had to send a money order too, mine is still working. I'll admit I don't use it all day, mainly at night by my night stand, easy to load up and take some last minute puffs before I retire. Wonder whats up?

I finally got a response about my Mr. Puffer order from Charles. He said they were having communication problems (duh), and my order has been shipped. We'll see. I hope Mr. P is healthy, cuz I suspect if he isn't, there will be no medical care available.

I am glad you got some attention Silky, I don't know why my messages are being ignored. I am trying to stay patient... and hopeful, to get some resolution with my dead puffer.
