Have you tried turning it off and on again? Seriously. You may have originally had a short, and you just need to reset the MVP.

Might as well check to see if the USB charger port on the bottom works as well. Be sure to flip that back OFF once you are done checking it.

An update... I have turned it off and back on several times. I'm not really sure what's going on with it. Right now it is working again but only with the protank 2. The kayfun still reads 0.0 when attached BUT I can't find anything wrong with the kayfun. The coil reads 1.8 ohms, well within what the MVP can handle. The kayfun will work on my mechanical and on my Vamo v5 but the MVP2 has decided that it doesn't like it for some strange reason. Very frustrating!

I figured out what was causing my problem!

The center pin on the kayfun clone tank is really long and sticks out further than the 510 threads. I believe that over time, screwing it down on the MVP2 has crushed the rubber washer that's around the center pin and causes it to short against the housing. I had a plastic washer laying around and just for s@#ts and giggles I decided to place it between the tank and the 510 connector creating a spacer. This kept the tank from screwing down so far and pushing the pin down so far. And to my surprise - problem fixed! My KFL+ is back in action on the MVP2.

I'll probably grind the pin down so I can do away with the washer but for now it's working like a champ!!
