I have a hades 26650 mechanical mod and I was running a tobh atty v2 dual vertical coil build. It was working perfect but I was getting tired of dripping. I bought an aspire Atlantis, and it won't fire. I feel as though it's my mod, because I was fumbling with some adjustments on it, and it fired for about seconds. I was very happy with the production and flavor. But, now no matter what I adjust or anything, it won't fire anymore. I cleaned the connections and everything. Please help!

I have a few hades mods and your center pin is definitely not making contact. the hades has an adjustable pin one adjustment for the atty and one for the battery rattle. You'll need to make sure the bigger Adjustment ring is tight and touching the atty's center pin, then you'll most likely need to re adjust your battery rattle adjustment pin which is the second one and makes contact with the battery.

I'm almost positive it is. Yes it's adjustable, and I've tried it in almost every position. How can I check? No the battery isn't upside down lmao

take the top cap off.

unscrew the adjustment screws on the topcap.

screw the topcap onto the tank.
screw the centerpin onto the topcap to make contact with the centerpin of the tank;
add on the adjustment screw;

replace topcap with tank onto the mod.

the screw that screws in at the top cap of the mechanical mod which makes contact with the 510 should be male at the top and female at the bottom connected to another screw . Adjust that . Make sure you screw in your tank first , then the screw until you cant spin it anymore ( touches the 510 of the tank ) and then adjust the male only screw depending on your battery if it has a flat top or not .

Have you tried a new coil head in the atlantis? If it fired for a few seconds and then died, it might just be a bum coil that burned out. Also, make sure the coil head is screwed in tightly!

And one way to test the battery is to put the tobh back on your mod and see if it fires.

ETA: I gotta learn to type faster, sigh....

Watched the video, I had already known all of the information, tried it again and still nothing. I'm thinking it's my battery, as it does not fire the tobh either. Also a question, what is a "hybrid top" thanks, spence

You should really get yourself a multimeter so you can test things instead of just guessing what might be wrong or whether your battery is charged.

if the battery is not loose then the other thing is if the centerpin on the mod is connecting to the centerpin of the topper.
