Okay my first convertee said he might quit vaping because his teeth and lips "feel weird"

talking to him through text right now and i asked him to elaborate and he says it feels "like there's a coating on my teeth and lip". asked him if it hurts and he says his "lip feels kindy numbish" and "teeth feels like its slick"

is this a side effect to VG or PG? or side effect to quitting cigarettes? i really dont want to lose him! lol

oh and he's been drinking alot of water too

I think my mouth feels cleaner since I quit smoking, but maybe that's just me.

Mine does too.

But I definitely think your friend just needs to brush his teeth, twice a day. And, use mouthwash too!

To salvage his manly eGo, you should tell him how awesome the juice tastes just after brushing your teeth (which it does, in my opinion), and maybe he'll notice his infirmary gone on his own. Also, Darth has a good point on the numbness as being subjected to straight nic-liquid. Once again, brushing the teeth will solve this as well ;)

Is your friend drinking enough water? Dehydration can leave the teeth and gums feeling like they have a coating on them. I also suggest using mouthwash to help get rid of that feeling.

I agree wholeheartedly on both counts here, I actually brush my teeth three times a day now instead of twice just for the simple fact that the juice tastes all that much better right afterwords.

thanks for the responses everyone! he can't pick up the phone at the moment.. but i texted if it's just a coating.. or does it feel uncomfortable (i was jus gonna yell at him to brush his darn teeth >.<), and he says it feels uncomfortable, so you may be right it's a PG sensitivity.

for anyone else that has a PG sensitivity.. is 100% vg the only way to go? or are there certain percentages of PG that your teeth can tolerate?

Could be PG sensitivity. I had an allergic reaction to allergy pills (ironic, no?) that manifested as a very strange feeling in my teeth. It wasn't pain per se, but man it was not pleasant.

last night i told him to use nothing but bobas bounty and gorilla juice for now..as thats the only 100% VG juice i gave him...will check up on him to see if its any better. it could be the whole gum bleeding thing, i guess we'll see

im really hoping its not a PG sensitivity because damn...that would eliminate so many good juices out there! and the one hes been using from the beginning has been a 50/50 blend
