I've experienced this "vaper's tongue" a few times. Then I discovered it coincides with mild hayfever (I do suffer from) or other sinus problems. Worked in the yard for over 6 hrs yesterday and today my taste is off. Even the most mild sinus irritation can interfere with taste and smell. You can brush your teeth and rinse until its desert dry but if your sinuses are screwed up it won't help much. A mild "sinus relief" med works for me but check with your doctor before using anything.

You may have an allergy like others have metioned. I found out the hard way that I do. Have you ever seen Hitch? Yeah, woke up in the middle of the night with one eye swollen shut, and hives all over. Definitely not fun. My allergy is VG related, and therefore I cannot vape anything higher than a 50/50 ratio. Good luck on getting this figured out! Definitely up your water intake though.
Isn't normal recommended water intake like 8-10 liters per day. Start with that much fluids and adjust from there.
That's like 2 1/2 gallons a day! I dont think I could ever drink that much water. Talk about not ever leaving the bathroom!
Look'd it up you are right. It's 8-10 cups for a person 150-170 pounds, thats 1-3 liters. I don't real do metric well.
