Yes, we get many of the American soft drinks here. In the last little while we've been able to get Mountain Dew! The one drink I can only get on import is Root Beer, which I love! Makes it a bit expensive so I don't get it that often, just as a treat now and again along with Kool Aid.

I was disappointed that the DP juice didn't taste like the real thing, but it's sweet which satisfies my sweet tooth! :D

Love the tank system and now I'm hooked I want to try other add-ons and atomizers and cartomizers and.... and.... oooh, so much choice!!

I"m a week in to my vaping myself. I chose Yeti eGo 510 using cartmizers, batt 650mAh, juice 50/50 American made.
I smoked a little less the a pack a day. 10 to 15 cigs or so maybe 18 on a stressed day.

I need to sample more flavor to give my opinion there.
But I can say the batt I use is not needing a recharge but every other day so far.
Mind you I hit the vap once or twice in an hour if that. But I think that is because I was a lightish smoker (like you) to began with.
I have also noticed the vape can get harsh if it's not wet enough. You have to keep an eye on them... I'm still on my first cartomizer.

Don't go back to the analogs, see if another e cig is for you.
Write a list of what you want in an e cig and then mark off the flashy little extras you can live without. I found that looking just like a cig was not as important to me as I had originaly thought.....

Fact of life - cartos do not last as long as a pack of cigarettes. That is a "name" brand lie.

But the model you have is a decent model - RN4081. Buy some blank cartos and fill them, and refill whenever the vapor gets low or tastes off to void singeing the stuffing.

Or ditch it - if you like cartos consider KR808D-1 (see Vapor4Life.com for example) but the cartos are not going to last any longer. However, they have soft-cap on the end and you can pop that out and add juice to the stuffing. You may be able to get a week's use out of each. The KR808D-1 has the most prefilled cartos availale for it.

Or consider Joye 510 and use blank cartos with it - the normal batteries have short life (2-3 hours) or it has long mega batteries with should last 3-5 hours. A small number of filled cartos are available but I don't know if the prefilled ones are soft-caps.

Get manual batteries on whatever you get. Most people here use manual batteries. They are less work, more consistent hits, more sealed against juice leaks, won't turn on by accident from wind or vibration

510 vs KR808D-1 comparison

or if you need 6-8+ hour battery life and the ability to use harder-hitting power hungry low resistance parts, skip the slim ones and look at Ego, Ego-T, Riva 510

I agree with everyone who suggested the eGo. I've never been in a situation where I've run out of battery completely before being able to swap a fresh one from the charger. Great vapor production and really brings out the true taste of the juice.

I'm also inclined to suggest foregoing cartomizers for a couple decent attys and some blank carts that you could perform the PTB mod on. Much easier to refill and allows you to swap out flavors when you feel like it (if you dont mind a little mixing on the atty for a few drags, which I enjoy.) Also greatly improved vapor production and consistent taste with the PTB. Every other night I flush my atty with hot water for a while, blow out the excess into a paper towel stuck in the end, and I let it dry overnight with a bit of dry paper towel or tissue stuck in (not too tight). a few primer drops the next day and it's hitting like a champ again.

If you go the Riva or Ego route, I'd strongly recommend boge 2 ohm 510 cartos. That gets you up around 5W power, better warmth, flavor, vapor.

Alternately a KR808D-1 kit, preferably with the 380 mAh mega or XL batteries. Definitely not as much run time as a Riva or Ego, but decent, and 3.7V, and the option to stick with prefilled cartomizers. Add a PCC and a couple batteries will get you through a full day, no problem.
