Hi I just got in my kangertech kbox 160. I put the two batteries in and tried turning it own and nothing happened. It's brand new what could be the problem? Please help

Maybe it has a weird way of inserting the batteries or turning it on? Have you checked out Kanger's website?
What batteries are you using and did you charge them to full capacity first? Also, do check out the review(s), they've often helped me way more than the user manual, that's for sure. I'm assuming that you are certain that you inserted them correctly? Most products are easily labeled, but I haven't used KT products for several years, so I can't really comment.
Are you sure it's authentic? And also, some KT products have some QC issues. Not saying that's the case for your mod (yet) but it's certainly possible. Do you have a vape shop near you who might be able to help? That might be another option. Depending on where you are, they may be able to put batteries in to see if *they* can get it to turn on, that would help figure out if it's a battery or a vape problem....

The problem could be numerous. Suggest you take it into a B&M Vape shop and have them look it over.
