Cotton Candy is Ethyl Maltol diluted in 10%PG (Propylene Glycol)

It adds a "sweetness" to your mixes. Not like sugar but more of like a enhancement of the flavor you are using. Alot of members including myself use it in a lot of mixes.

ok. thanks. so do u get the cotton candy favor from TFA too?

Disclaimer: *I have wierd taste buds*

But here's my experience with what you have:

Vanilla Bourbon: Strong and smokey. Tastes almost like a tobacco. I used it at 8% with something else and found it nasty. I have recently used it at 1% as a flavor booster and it was lovely. It's a good flavor to up the complexity of something else.

Champagne: Made it at 5% and I HATE it. Have been trying for 2 weeks to make it into something that doesn't taste offensive. It may make a good pairing with a fruit since it tastes a bit like the pie crust flavor. I would start at 2%.

Passion Fruit: I don't have it, but I have lychee and dragonfruit which are good around 8% and I think they are similar.

If I were you....I would start at 5% on most stuff (not champagne) and then add as you see fit. You can always add more, but diluting it will make it much harder to be able to someday (if that day ever comes *sigh*) replicate.
