Help on Water/Vodka/PGA question

I am in the learning process of figuring out the different caculators and I've noticed in all of them they ask for the percentage for Water/Vodka/PGA..

I have looked everywhere I can think of and can't find what this means.

Can someone clarify what is meant by Water/Vodka/PGA and what is PGA?

PGA is pure grain alcohol. Water and alcohol can be used to thin out thick (heavy VG) juices.
I use moonshine I made because there aren't any liquor stores anywhere near here. (the sticks)
