help please...European Dropper Bottles

I ordered some European Dropper Bottles to store 100 mg pg nicotine in my freezer.

I have never seen these before and not sure how to use them.
when retreving nicotine from these bottles, which hole do you insert the needle or does it matter?

Shouldn't matter as long as the needle passes through.

Got long needles? I have a link (at home) for 3" long 12 gauge needles.
