This is equipment I bought yesterday to hold me until my order gets here. I vaped on the same flavor from 1:30pm yesterday until late last night, when I cleaned it well with a bit of everclear, did a dry burn that only took a couple seconds, (it IS new). Filled with a different flavor for this morning. So all is well until a bit ago when I decided to change flavors.
I only bought the 1 glassomizer because I have a bunch of stuff coming and felt it would hold me for a week. Did the same cleaning routine as last night, following a Utube video, to the letter, both times. After everything was dry and ready, I filled it again. About a dozen puffs later, it starts to gurgle, pop/sizzle sound and I can taste the juice. I removed it from the batt and there was a tiny bit of juice on the connection also, which I instanly cleaned away with a Q-tip.

So what is the problem? Should I try to clean it again? Is there something wrong with it? I really need it to work!

I was excruciatingly careful of every O ring, thread, etc when I cleaned it. The last thing I needed was for it to not work and it was fine until now. I didn't over tighten anything, but made all parts snug.

I am so lost! It's been 26 hrs since I had an analog, I don't want this to mess me up.

I think you overthink the whole thing....see, when I got my first set up from the B&M....they sort of failed to mention I had to clean/remove/exchange coils....so one day after about a week or so everything started to taste bad, so I went back to the store and asked them what was wrong with it? they told me what it was , namely the coil, after explaining symptoms...point is: I just vaped away for the first 10 days without even thinking of the coil and the maintenance there of

On secong thought, did you get juice down the center tube? Easy to do with those.

No, I have a needle tip bottle and it actually has 2 rather large holes that you use to fill. Seems large to me, but what do I know?:D From what I've seen/read, it could possibly be difficult to fill without getting it into the tube, but that's not a problem at all.

I wanted to charge my batt, which is why I put it on the passthru. It was perfect on the batt. But the passthru won't draw if it's connected too tightly. I didn't loosen the tank, but loosened the connection a tiny bit until I could draw thru it. And then it started gurgling and I could taste the juice. Of course I may have loosened the tank itself without realizing it. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

I'm just stuck with the cigalikes until the batt charges.

It all started because I wanted to change flavors.:(

Okay, as a last resort, remove the drip tip and stick a q-tip down the center hole of the Davide. If there is condensation/juice in there that will help it a lot. Other than that, I'm out of ideas. Also, you have to take a slow steady draw on an ecig, not a big honking one like with a cigarette, otherwise you tend to suck up juice into the tube. Hang in there, vape mail will be coming soon!

Don’t you hate it when they don’t tell you the whole story? :(

yup...however, in my head, it would prolly have been better for patches if s/he didn't know the whole story...like me
I wasn't the slightest bit concerned about all that stuff that patches is worrying about now.
and flavor changing, well....I finish vaping what's in the tank....then add new flavor, you'll have a bit of overlap, but that's gone soon enough :D
remember, I also have a catch-all bottle
hehehe

I use davide glassos as my main devices. Every time I refill I dab the coil. Sometimes when unscrewing it can loosen the coil from the base. Make sure you are careful.

You don't need to go through hoops to change flavors. I break it down and rinse everything. Hand dry and good to go. I don't dry burn. I wash the coil and blow out any water. After filling the tank I drop a little juice on the wicks and I'm good to go.

Just make sure it's snug not too tight. Davides are my favorite Clearo by far and all 4 of mine are treating me well. It takes a little maintaining each refill but I have gotten great results.

You will notice when taking the base off to refill it will have juice that can run down the center. Always dry it up as well as where the drip tip is. Also wipe the coil and base. This is almost like filling a brand new clean tank for the first time. I never screw on the coil and base with tons of juice still on it from the previous fill

Hope this helps and good luck

I really appreciate that info, thank you. It's my first anything, I'm so wet behind the ears, I could be doing the backstroke!
