Help Please! Received email from China Wholesaler saying shipment delivered but have not received.

My last DHL shipment got handed off to the USPS for the home run leg.

Do DHL still "work" in the USA? I didn't think they did... ?

Could be by DELIVERED they mean delivered to customs.
You can try use your tracking number in the USPS system and see what it comes up with. Once it hits the USA it will be traveling with USPS.

My last order came DHL, and was delivered by DHL. This was yesterday, so I guess DHL DOES still operate in the US. Maybe they just do international, and not local anymore.

Don't worry, in some countries "delivered" just means the same thing as "sent/mailed". I have had the same thing happen to me a couple of times. It just means that they have sent the package out and that it is on it's way, not that it has actually been delivered to address listed on it.

I ordered a shipment for the first time from Central Trade on 4/5/09 and I received an email from them today saying that my shipment has been delivered. They gave me a tracking # but I cannot locate my order.
When they say delivered what does that mean? To my local post office or what? Please help.

I think you can check the parcel as below:
1. First, check with your seller to know whether the number he provided is "TRACKING NUMBER" or "REFERENCE NUMBER". They are different and have to be checked on different places.
2. Second, which courier did your parcel shipped by? there is aditional letter needed to be added before the numbers to check for DHL.
3. The " delivered" usually means " sent out" by Chinese manufacturers. It just means the goods have been picked up by couriers. Maybe it still needs sometime to arrive there.

DHL handles mostly bus shipping from bis to home and could do home to biz but usally dont. i used to work for a p-office and DHl hand off everyday mostly for medical supplies and the like not regular ups stuff

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know I received my shipment from central trade today. Looks like it had been opened and looked thru.
It was 20 kits and 200 full carts.
It was delivered all the way by DHL. The driver called me to ask how to get to my house this morning. When he found out I wouldn't be there to sign for it he asked where I worked and brought them there.
I thought that was pretty cool of him.
My shipment from eastmall was handed over to US customs on the 17th and is still there. I hope there won't be a problem. It was 400 ml of assorted liquid and one 801 passthru.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
