I just ordered from you and I think I may have messed up somehow. I got 4 email order confirmations,lol Plus I got a notice that says there was a problem and to contact you. I called and left a message for you so hopefully we will get it worked out. Let me know what I need to do. Thanks bunches!

I got the same 3 or 4 confirmations then this morning I get a email that says
We are in the process of preparing your order for shipment.

Please be patient and thank you for shopping at myvaporstore.com

The please be patient parts is kind of bothering me. hummm

Sorry bout that. You were only charged once. I called your cell and left a voicemail. Our system has been sending duplicate confirmations forever. I am considering turning of the confirmation emails altogether.

Your order will be shipped this afternoon.

Thanks so much for the quick reply! I did get your voicemail when I woke up. I'm a very heavy sleeper and never even heard the phone ring,lol I can't wait to get my order and try it out! Thanks again!

I had the same thing happen. Ordered Friday afternoon, got about 4 confirmations, then a shipment confirmation, then no tracking number. Still hoping for delivery tomorrow *crosses fingers*

We've been getting a lot of reports from customer not getting their tracking numbers. And I'd like to apologize. The tracking numbers are sent through email by USPS and they have been slow in sending them lately.

If anyone hasn't received their tracking info within 24 hours or receiving the "Order Completed" email. Feel free to email me at info@myvaporstore.com and I'll get you the tracking numbers.
