My missing juice.

I ordered a bottle of juice from MyVaporStore a while back because the place I was using was out. They were one of the only vendors that you can still order a 30ml bottle of 100% pg juice in my flavor. Well I was out of that flavor so I really needed the juice. I was waiting when the mail showed and no juice came so I checked the confirmation and it said it did. The next day I talked to the mailman who wasn't my usual mailman and he said, "just tell them you didn't get it and have them send more". I was amazed he would say that. Ask me to cheat someone. I have kept MyVaporStore apprised to whats been going on and this morning I got a confirmation# for a replacement bottle of juice that was not their fault I didn't receive. Now I gotta say Customer Service doesn't come any better than that.

5Stud,,,, it's happen to me 3 times now that a temp mailman has stolen my pkg, I did get reimbursted twice and I am currently waiting on the 3rd order to be taken care of by the USPS, they actually did a full investigation and are convinced the mailman took my PKG. I have an old friend that works on the inside of the USPS, who has kept me a breast of the situation and it wasnt the first time they had a problem with this temp, they have proof that my PKG reached there local post office and proof the carrier took it out, the only problem is they cant prove he didnt deliver it to a wrong address ! so he get's off the hook. I ask all my vendors to please tape the box so no one can open them any more as well. so many of my PKG's have come that where definitely opened, I cant believe this happens to me and I live in very nice neighborhoods too.

Well the story goes on. I finally received my package after the replacement got here. It had "delivered to wrong address" written across it in sharpie so I contacted MyVaporStore to let them know and inquire how I should pay for the replacement package. This is their response pasted from the email:
That's great. I'm happy to hear that your package was returned. Thank you for your honesty! Payment will not be necessary. Thank you for choosing MVS!
I think MyVaporStore is a real class act. Their juice is great too.
Again, thank you MyVaporStore.
